"No kettle in the room, bar and restaurant closes at 10pm, after that it is not possible to buy a hot or cold drink, which with the lack of drink making facilities in the room is very inconvenient. Breakfast was ok, only 2 items were served in a hot cabinet, scrambled eggs and frankfurters, but when I put it on the plate they were actually cold."

"The staff were always friendly and ready to help you with anything you asked. Food was very good and the location of the place is perfect for exploring the Ojcowski National Park. As the hotel is located next to a busy main road, I had worried that traffic noise might be of a problem, but it wasn't. I could hardly hear truck and cars passing by."

"There was a little problem with the air-con​di​tion​ing in my room. Despite a friendly repairman's intervention it wasn't possible to set a desired temperature. As a result, it was getting cold after a while and I had to switch the AC for the night."

"Everything was great and really enjoyable, but we had a room with two separate beds, which wasn’t very comfortable for a married couple. We were very pleasantly surprised that the hotel provided a blanket and towel for our dog — and we could even take them home. Such a lovely gesture!"

"The hotel ist beautiful, room had a good size. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The garden behind the hotel ist really nice and has a stunning view. The food in the restaurant was really delicious. The were very welcoming to our dog and we even got a bowl, a towel and a blanket. Very thoughtful!"
