"Sehr freundliches Personal. Gute Lage. Angeschlossenes Café gemütlich."

"Alles okay, .....Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundlicher ,hilfsbereiter Empfang im Café,...gute Lage zur City."
"Gibt nichts zu bemängeln."
"The room was very cosy, comfortable and homely. It was very clean and a great location as it is 10 minutes walk from the main square and Wawel Castle. Near a tram stop and about 20 minutes walk from a train station. Lots to eat nearby and the cafe downstairs is well priced with good food."
"It's very close to a tram line so the trams are loud. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping it will disrupt your sleep as the trams run from 5am and keep going until after 11pm. Very good earplugs and a white noise machine help but not totally. It may be a common problem in krakow but I booked it as many reviews said it was quiet and peaceful which were wrong."
"Spacious room, perfect for our weekend stay. Bathroom facilities were lovely and clean and the staff were very nice. Felt very safe staying here and would definitely recommend to others."

"The rooms are clean and renovated, and there are the necessary commodities. The place outside is quiet and beautiful."

"It is well situated, an easy walk into the centre. Nice cafe next door, convenient for breakfast at a reasonable price. The room was spacious and clean and value for money"
"Nothing to dislike"
"Clean. Excellent location. The room was big enough. A café with breakfast options on the ground floor."
"There was a problem with the water in the shower. It would go from hot to cold for a period of 20-30 seconds. There was very hot in Krakow when we where there (33-34 degrees Celsius) so in the room was hot too. There was a fan but it was not enough. But maybe it happens not often in Krakow."
"Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms.Good value for money."
"Old fashioned furniture,no air conditioning and no elevator. It's not suitable for older people or people with health issues."
"The room was very nice and clean, with spacious bathroom and small kitchen corner, and balcony. It's located just a couple of minutes from the castle and 10 min from the old town. There's plenty lovely cafés and restaurants."
"Everything met our expectations. The only thing that was missing was a couple of bowls to make cereal in the morning (other cutlery and utensils were there)."
"Even though it says ‘the rooms’, at least mine had a private bathroom, so it felt more like a hotel with a human touch. The owner and the staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel like a special guest. The cafe downstairs offers nutritious breakfasts and proper coffee/matcha"
"It was a really hot day 30+, the fan tried its best, but the aircon could have done the job better. It was not that bad, so no minus from here"

"Das sehr freundliche Personal, die Sauberkeit, das reichhaltige Frühstück, die Umgebung, das Restaurant welches eigentlich eine geschlossenen Gesellschaft hatte und uns 5 Gäste trotzdem wundervoll bedient hat. Wir hatten einen extra Raum zum Essen, die Getränke waren innerhalb wenigen Minuten auf den Tisch und das Essen kam auch zeitnah. Die Gerichte waren sehr lecker."
