"The mini-spa is included in the room price and is good. There's a real sauna, small IR room, pleasant jacuzzi and a small swimming pool. The room was large with a great view. Breakfast buffet was nice."

"It was difficult to contact staff in order to check in or ask questions. We wasted quite a bit of time in this way, and even ended up locked out of all buildings, in our swimwear in the dark without the necessary code! We were lucky that a staff member passed by soon after. However, they were friendly and helpful when present. Rooms were a bit dusty."

"It is quite place, with a lovely spa (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna) with convenient transport to all hiking trails and other attractions. I was alone and it was great that the price wasn't calculated for 2 people."

"We were very satisfied with our stay in Willa Baciarka. Our room was spotless and had a good view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't try the swimming pool, but it looked good. There was enough parking space for our car, but I guess that when the hotel is full it might be more difficult to park a larger car (e.g., an SUV). We would recommend the place to anyone going to the Tatra mountain range."

"The facilities are just overwhelming! Very chilled place to stay. Never seen such a complete wellness center. Next to that there is also a lot of things to do like playing pool, ping pong or foosball. Everything is just there to have an amazing time, even if you decide to just stay at the accommodation the whole day. Furthermore, the breakfast was also great! A lot of tasteful options. It doesn’t get boring if you stay multiple days. Last but not least, very friendly staff!"

"Bardzo dobry hotel ze strefą spa z podgrzewanym basenem, sauną i jacuzzi. Duże pokoje, pyszne śniadanie i duży wybór. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego. Lodówka i mikrofalówka dostępne dla gości."

"Doba hotelowa jest tylko do 10 rano, a strefa spa do 21. Te godziny powinny być wydłużone. Poza tym recepcja powinna być całodobowo bądź kod do drzwi wysyłany przed przyjazdem, aby nie trzeba było czekać."

"Obiekt zlokalizowany jest w spokojnej okolicy, apartament komfortowy, wygodne lóżka (materace), klimatyczny wystrój w części basenowej. Pani właścicielka bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Smaczne śniadania, dostępny bilard i mała biblioteczka około 3 km do wyciągu narciarskiego Polana Szymoszkowa. Jesteśmy zadowoleni z wypoczynku."
