"I loved that as soon as I checked in Aliah attended us with the best excellent service. Until the day we checked out. The maids where all friendly and attentive. Especially Glorivee and the maid that cleaned my room on Sunday. were excellent! Those room were at all times, in tip top shape. The cleaness from the time you enter the reception area and the room. Give those ladies an A plus. The gentleman’s employees outside. Very nice. I worked in a five star hotel in Humacao. Palmas Del Mar for 15 years and I know what it is a excelente customer service. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. It was our 46 Anniversary and our birthdays. See bottom remarks of the structure."

"We did see many areas of the building that needs to be renovated. One, the lock in room 20 was a problem opening and closing. The jacuzzi’s the controls were not working properly. Saw water was not rinse while I was there. It rained every night while I stayed and had to go back to my room because there was no where to hide from the rain. Every where we got rained on. The chair with the cushion outside where all wet. On Sunday night we order drinks at Tropical Cowboy and we had no where to hid from the rain. We wanted to sit relax to feel the ocean, and enjoy our drinks, even if it rain. But no where to cover ourselves. Parking excellent. Structure needs more working on."
