"Alles was es brauchte, war vorhanden. Augfrund der Lage gab es genügend Restaurants, einen Starbucks, Snack Möglichkeiten, kleine Shops, eine Bar, einen Barbershop etc. Sehr zu empfehlem ist das Steakhous „Morton‘s“, das sich im Hotelgelände befindet. Der Strand war schön, jedoch sehr klein. Grosszügige Poolanlage mit gepflegtem Garten. Sehr gute Organisation beim Frühstück. Grosss Auswahl an Produkten. Gratis und gutes WLAN, überall klimatisiert. Wunderbare Aussicht aus dem 19. Stock!"
"Die gesamte Anlage ist eher alt und renovationsbedürftig. Der Pool war sehr schmutzig. Das Personal war grösstenteils sehr freundlich, ausser die Mitarbeiter am Pool beim Towel-Stand. Alles im Hotel ist sehr teuer, vor allem das Essen. Die Qualität ist gut, rechtfertigt den sehr hohen Preis jedoch nicht."

"Staff was always polite. They had security at various locations on the property. The staff was quick to attend to customers, taking the initiative to make sure they're guests were ok."
"When I went to breakfast and was going to pay; the waiter seemed a little annoyed that I wanted to pay with my card instead of charging to the room. But that also could have been because they were really busy. The only thing I didn't like was some of the staff made the assumption that guests were going to put charges to the room. I think guests should be asked how they would like to pay instead of assuming everyone wants to make a purchase that way. That wouldn't prevent me from visiting again, it's just something to would be aware of next time I stay."
"We bought the inclusive breakfast for $23 a day, thankfully, bc when they brought the check it would have been $72 which was a bit outrageous. The breakfast was very good with ample choices....but not worth $72"

"Thank you for allowing us to stay at your hotel. I will write a positive review and share my experience with friends and family so they may visit the Caribe one day. My favorite part of the Caribe hotel was the view from our balcony. The view was breathtaking, amazing, and overall beautiful."
"Despite the fact that the pool area closes at 10 PM, it should remain open until midnight. When people visit and we are out exploring and on an excursion when we arrive at the hotel, we may wish to relax in the pool. However, if the pool closes at 10 PM, that means we are either in our rooms or somewhere in the lobby."
