"Wie zuvorkommend und freundlich das personal war auch bei dingen die nicht in ihrer Verantwortung lagen. So konnte ich mein Gepäck noch im Hostel lassen obwohl ich erst abends meinen Flug hatte und morgens schon ausgechekt habe."

"Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse! Super schön gemacht und entspannt zum relaxen und zusammenkommen. Leider ist das Hostel nicht sooo gut geeignet, um Leute kennenzulernen. Die Lage ist top, in 5 Minuten am Strand und n Supermarkt und viele Restaurants direkt um die Ecke."
"Die Betten werden zugeteilt & man kann sich keins aussuchen. Die Leute zum Lutzen kommen schon teilweise 1-1,5h vor Check-Put Zeit ins Zimmer, um Mülleimer zu leeren."
"Common area spaces and the rooftop are really nice. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very good previous communication and easy self-checkin out of hours. Good location for seeing all the sights. Right next to bus stops to go to Old San Juan and to the Airport (the bus is free at the moment!). Plenty of good food options nearby. Expensive but decent price for Puerto Rico"
"Rooms weren’t as nice as they look in the edited photos. Food allowed in the room (even fridges in the room) made it kind of dirty and smells. Freezing at night with the aircon that you can’t turn off. Shower for Room 2 was either super hot or freezing, and hardly any pressure. There only being 1 bathroom for each room but the shower and toilet in the same room, long waits sometimes to even just use the toilet. Would be great to have individual bed lights rather than one big light for the room - people turning it on when they came in late at night."

"Amazing location, best place to stay for the few nights exploring San Juan. Easy link to Public transport, beach is nearby. Staff are very friendly, Hostel is safe. Highly recommend it."

"We had the private dorm and it could not be better. Everything is very clean, spacious and the AC works perfectly well. The kitchen was also clean and the staff very helpful. The best part is the location, the area is nice, close to a 24h supermarket, SuperMax, and Bebo’s cafe, a great and affordable restaurant. We had a car and it was easy to park in the surrounding streets."

"Clean rooms and common areas. Ocean park beach is a short walk away and condado+ la placita still walkable from the hostel. Many eating places along the strip. I received prompt replies from the chat which I appreciated. Bus T5 runs directly from the airport."
