"The location was very close to the Basilica. The hotel was very clean."

"Breakfast restaurant staff is excellent at service and care for the 5 days we stayed here. Front office staff is ok, assisted in getting taxi for us, she used Google translator to show English answer to my queries as to why taxi is taking time to arrive. Good the taxi arrived within 10 minutes and it was a good taxi ride."

"We had requested for Basilica view, front view on booking.com but this hotel could not honor our request though we were staying for 5 nights. We were given 3rd floor room which is their highest floor, good. But the room 307 was in the corner and the single window view was internal view of other rooms of the hotel and the neighbor building and the sky... so that was not good for a 5 nights stay."

"The location was perfect, quiet and walking steps to everything. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable."

"We had to change room because the Air Conditioner was not working. The first room had a much better view. The washroom was very small, trouble getting in and out because of the big vanity. The carpets in the rooms would need a good shampoo, there were dirt stains."

"Very good location and very clean and comfortable room ."

"Wi fi very slow or not working at all . Wish you have a kettle in the room ."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, literally 2 minutes from the sanctuary. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast is excellent. There are lots of shops nearby. The bus station is a 15-minute walk away."
