"Die Lage ist Klasse, man hat eine direkte Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, besonders praktisch da es in Kronstadt schwierig ist Parkplätze zu finden. Hier hat man eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug und den Wohnungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist praktisch eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald. Sehr ruhige Lage, manchmal hört man aber die Motorräder und die Bonzenautos, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind."

"The property had Christmas decorations and a Xmas tree for our youngest daughter delight! We felt we were on holiday even more.☺️It was also clean, the facilities, towels, kitchen area, bed sheets 👏🏻👏🏻The garage reserved parking spot was absolutely necessary since you depend on car transportation at all times. Happy we could bring our dog along, big plus🙏❣️Loved the forest view from the livingroom area, you really feel you are in the mountains."

"My wife and I spent 3 nights in this apartment. The apartment is clean and nice, in a quite location, on the road to Poiana Brasov. The photos on Booking are relevant, no nasty surprises. The ap. is at the ground floor and it has a great balcony facing the nearby forest. You also have an indoor parking place, which was a really big deal for us. If you don't use your car, a bus station is very near (or you can get a Bolt/Uber). The surtoundings and the neighbours are quiet. Small kitchen, but well equipped., with everything we needed. So everything would have been perfect if it wasn't the problem I'll explain in the next section."

"Every morning, starting 7:00 - 7:30 AM, a terrible noise, coming from the vent installation, i think, woke up and it was impossible for us to sleep. I tried to explain to the host, it was not coming from outside the building (like motorcycle, car alarms and so on), but from inside of the building, most probably from the ventilation equipment. The most disturbing was in the morning and it came from the technical room/private storage rooms situated at the underground floor. Maybe something was malfunctioning in that period and we were just unlucky, considering I didn't see any other comment on this topic when I booked the apartment, but for us this had a negative impact on our whole experience. The host was responsive and tried to find the cause, but I really believe the only way to do this is to spend a night in the apartment."

"Big apartament, modern design, very well equipped. Nice balkony with chairs and blankets. From the five apartaments we stayed in during our Romania trip, this was voted by our kids as the best one :) Underground parking in the building was a great addition in Brasov where every parking spot is for the price of gold :)"

"EVERYTHING! Exceeded our expectations in every aspect! We fall in love with the place! Private parking with private entrance to the house and elevator! Quick and easy check in and out. Ergonomic and beautiful apartment. Equipped with everything needed: cooking devices, washing machine and clothes rack, espresso machine, water cuttle. But the best was the beautiful balcony with view to the forest! The bed was perfect, the sofa bed was amazing! Everything was very clean and we felt like home. If we could, we would like to stay for the whole year. It's perfect for family with two small children! I could write five pages more describing how amazed we were from this apartment! Congratulations to the owners for the good work. We really felt welcome and appreciated! We promise to came again...but for at least one week! Thank you for everything 🙏"

"There were no things that we didn’t like. One request, it concerns the possibility of buying additional devices (drying board), where you can dry clothes. And one more for people who would like to stay there be aware that to the nearest shop you have to go by car, or bus, or taxi but if you have a strong legs and cardio you can go by foot"
