"Ein schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt. Das Bett was sehr bequem und der Self Check in problemlos. Bei Fragen hat der Besitzer sehr schnell geantwortet. Der Küchenbereich ist auf dem "Balkon", welcher große Fensterfronten zum öffnen hat. Leider war ich während der Hitzewelle dort, sodass es in diesem Bereich sehr heiß war. (Das Schlafzimmer ist klimatisiert.) Es gibt alles, was man benötigt in der Unterkunft (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Handtücher, etc.) Direkt an der Straße zahlreiche Cafes, Bars, Clubs, .. Ein Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Wer auch ein bisschen was vom Nachtleben haben möchte, ohne weit zu laufen ist hier genau richtig."

"Lage ist natürlich super gut - mitten im Altstadtzentrum; mit der Beschreibung in den Emails einfach zu erreichen; im Altstadtzentrum gibt es Restaurants, Bistros, Pizzerien, Kebabläden und Clubs im Überfluß; großes Einkaufszentrum in Fußnähe (5 min), gute Verkehrsanbindung - verschiedene Buslinien (Busse verkehren sehr oft); gute Ausstattung des Studios (sogar kleine Waschmaschine); Steckdosen in jeder Ecke der Zimmer"

"Das Altstadtzentrum ist sehr belebt bis in die Morgenstunden - man hört den Lärm im Schlafzimmer (Schließen der Balkontür und der Schlafzimmertür dämpft den Lärm deutlich), was man leider nur durch Ohropax dämpfen kann - die Geräusche vom Fahrstuhl im Schlafzimmer nachts- sehr nervig, aber okay mit Ohropax gehts. Unterkunft ist nicht optimal für Lärmempfindliche Leute in der Küche fehlt ein Mikrowellenherd - wenn man etwas erwärmen will, dann bisher nur mittels Topf oder Pfanne auf der Induktionsherdplatte möglich Vorsicht: kleiner Mini-Treppenabsatz auf dem Balkon - immer daran denken."

"Good location in the old town, lots of restaurants nearby. Although the street was loud and bustling, we didn't hear anything from the bedroom. We appreciated that it was clean. Communication was via booking. Remote check-in was easy and convenient."

"The building itself is an ugly concrete block (most buildings on the street are original and beautiful) and the flat is on the 6th floor. Unfortunately when I arrived, the lift wasn't working. Later, the owner messaged me to say that it was out because of works further down the street, and that he could help me with luggage. I only had hand luggage, so managed a slightly strenuous hike upstairs. For some reason, there is urine on some of the communal steps although only on the lower floors. The lift is tiny and a bit scary-looking, so when it was back in action, I would walk down the 6 flights of stairs, then take the lift back up. As others have mentioned, there is loud music until c. 2am from the surrounding restaurants. If you close the door to the balcony and the bedroom window (that backs onto the balcony) it is unlikely to bother you. I don't recall any morning disturbances, so slept very well."

"The location was excellent, very central to most places for a short visit. Good walkable access to the bus stops from the airport. The room was nice and airy, very clean and uncomfortable. There was even a bottle of cold water prepared in the fridge."

"The outside of the building did look abit dodgey and the elevator wasnt very pleasant, but I guess this comes with old historical buildings. I opted walking the stairs (6F) and only used the elevator for my luggage. It could be quite noisy at night with the busy nightclubs at night, but the windows shut blocks out the sound though."

"Really well equipped. We're on a big trip, so we're delighted to see a washing machine! Coffee machine and equipped kitchen also made it a comfy stay. Right in the middle of Old Town, so really loud music in the street below.....but actually 2 lots if double glazing made this a really quiet flat. Slightly put off by the entrance and hall on first time, but this is (I assume) a typical communist block and the flat was absolutely beautiful. Would recommend."
