"The owner clearly pays attention to details for the whole experience to be welcoming. Simple and good-taste interior and decor. Plenty of mineral water bottles, coffee and even a bottle of sparkling wine (to celebrate New Year) awaited us. Plenty of wood was provided for the fireplace, too. Upon our request for BBQ set-up, he kindly and promptly prepared everything we needed."

"It has no kitchen unfortunately. There is one sink in the bath room, but it is very small and not so convenient for usages like washing cups and plates. It would be better if some drawers were available for our clothes (we stayed for three nights)."

"Locație curata, amenajare cu gust a unei case bătrânești, intimitate, loc liniștit, aproape de multe obiective turistice, proprietarul foarte amabil, ne-a recomandat obiective turistice in zona și restaurante pentru servit masa."

"Pentru cineva care dorește cazare in regim hotelier,este perfect! Proaspăt renovat și de bun gust. Foarte curat,lenjerie pat bumbac 100%, salteaua cu spuma memorie ( din păcate,patul ,in sine, cam scârțâie,dar am fost foarte obosiți și am dormit duși 😊)"

"Die Lage war für uns gut. Bus und Bahn sind fußläufig 5min entfernt. Wir hatten es nicht weit bis zum piata unirii. Dort hat man viele möglichkeiten Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nehmen. Die Ausstattung war gut. Herd, mikrowelle so wie beschrieben vorhanden."

"The apartment feels cozy and it is a really nicely decorated! I have been living here for 18 days and felt very good; the apartment is clean and has all the amenities that you might need, including very clean bed sheets and bathroom towels. Kitchen is also full of all needed stuff, including clothes washing machine. Very comfortable bedroom and a nice place to stay even for long periods of time. Parking space is always available at the property. The host is very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed or asked about. Would highly recommend this place if you need an accommodation in Constanta. I would personally choose it again next time!"

"Die Lage ist Klasse, man hat eine direkte Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, besonders praktisch da es in Kronstadt schwierig ist Parkplätze zu finden. Hier hat man eine Tiefgarage mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug und den Wohnungen. Die Wohnung an sich ist praktisch eingerichtet mit einer schönen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Wald. Sehr ruhige Lage, manchmal hört man aber die Motorräder und die Bonzenautos, wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind."
