"Eine sehr schön und neu eingerichtetes Apartment sehr nah des Zentrums Novi Pazars. Aöles war schön und sauber eingerichtet und ich hatte sogar ein Parkplatz in einer Garage für mein Auto. Die Besitzerin war auch überaus freundlich und passte sich meiner An- und Abreisezeiten sehr gut an. Alles in allem top!"
"Leider war eine der beiden Duschtüren kaputt und dadurch spritze immer etwas Wasser raus beim Duschen, es gab dafür aber auch ein Tuch fürs Abtrocknen des Bodens."
"Die Erwartungen werden mit dieser Wohnung übertroffen, Sie bekommen sogar mehr als angegeben. Von Anfang an hat er uns das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Sie können ihn buchstäblich um jeden Rat fragen, er wird Ihnen gerne auf alles antworten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Neubau und ist gut eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Dingen auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt ausgestattet (man kann hier auch bequem 2-3 Monate bleiben). Das größte Plus war für mich die private Garage, die in Novi Pazar schwer zu finden ist und die Sie in der Wohnung haben. Die Wohnung war sauber, ohne Staub oder Schmutz, das Internet war schnell und stabil, wir bekamen saubere Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist großartig und ruhig, 5 Minuten vom Platz entfernt, Märkte sind 100 Meter entfernt,"

"the kitchen was a huge let down. it lacked a plethora of basic things such as bin bags, the fry pan wss also not flat whivh dod not allow for even cooking.. the toilet only had one roll of toilet paper..Finally the most important thing the rooms are far to hot in summer. There is no air circulation in the house, no air-conditioning upstairs and no fans"

"This is a really large apartment and the location is perfect. An easy walk to the town and the market area. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building and so gives an amazing view out over the town. Don’t stress about getting your bags up to the room as there is a lift! There is also free secure underground parking available. The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. Great WiFi, plenty of hot water and a well appointed kitchen. Our host was awesome. She met us out the front of the apartment and handled the whole check in process smoothly. She was also very helpful with advice and suggestions."

"Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber und nett gestaltet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns nett begrüßt. Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Magnolia verbracht, das Zimmer wäre aber auch sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Gemeinschafts-Küche schien sehr gut ausgestattet, und die kleine Terrasse vor dem Zimmer ist ideal an lauen Sommerabenden."

We arrived late in the evening after a long bus trip, and the host kindly accommodated our late check-in and even organized a very convenient transfer from the bus station. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, very cozy, and bright. It had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and everything was in perfect working order. A huge bonus is the fantastic location! It's situated on a quiet and beautiful street (Belička) in the great neighborhood of Vračar. Supermarkets, bakeries, public transport stops, and excellent traditional restaurants are all just a few minutes' walk away. Thank you so much for the warm welcome! We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to all travelers."
