"Die kleine Wohnung liegt 1. Stock eines mit runden Formen auffallenden vier oder fünfstöckigen Wohnhauses im Raum Belgrad. Parkplatz vor dem Haus war für meinen großen Wagen keiner vorhanden, diesen konnte ich 300 Meter entfernt auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz stellen. Der Zugang zur Wohnungstür war durch eine Gittertür gesichert. In dem Appartement war alles ordentlich, sauber und nett dekoriert. Ein kleiner Balkon ist für Raucher mit kleinem Tisch und Sessel hergerichtet, im Bad gab es eine Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer/ Betreuer der Wohnung war unkompliziert der Check-in war rasch erledigt. Insgesamt ein sehr positiv erlebter Aufenthalt!"

"Wir kamen sehr spät an, der Gastgeber war äußerst verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung ist klein aber fein! Es gibt einen ess und Arbeitstisch. Wir reisten mit Hund, daher war die etwas abgelegener Gegend, fern von dem trouble Ideal!"

"I really liked the fact that I needed help to leave my bags in the room before heading off to the city and they opened the doors to me 2 hours before the typical check-in time. I'm very grateful for this. The apartment is tiny but quite cozy and it was also very clean. The apartment is nearby (-20/30 min ride) two or three very nice parks - Topcider, Byford and Kosutnjak. It's also very close to the bus stops and a market."
"The only two things I was not satisfied with were the mattress that was sagging and lost its support on the left side of the bed so my body dipped into the bed. The other downside is that this location is far from the city center. But this can be checked beforehand on the map before booking. If you want to spend the days exploring nearby parks, then the city center doesn't really matter."
"The owner is a very sweet lady. It is an excellent place in terms of price and performance. It has its own room and bathroom in hotel comfort. Those who have a vehicle should definitely choose this place. It is far from the city and in a quiet neighborhood, so there is no parking problem."
