"Eva, the owner and hostess, is a wonderfully open and respectful woman. She greeted me, showed me around, handed me a key, and told me to feel at home. The room I got, located in her gorgeously decorated and very charming flat, was stylish, clean, and comfortable. There was free wifi, coffee, tea, and water provided. No curfews or time restrictions were given, and I was asked when I wished to have breakfast. At the given time, Eva served an incredible spread for a single person! We had very nice conversations, both over breakfast and in the evening, but it was very clear to me that this was optional and not a requirement."
"I had no issues with anything. Things that might be good for people to know are that the flat is rustic, with lovely wooden floors that move and creak as you walk across them, and windows that let in more noise than modern ones. Consider bringing earplugs if you're sensitive to noise."
"The owner is lovely. She made sure I had a comfortable stay. I had a huge breakfast spread even though I was the only one eating. She gave me tips, introduced me to Swedish food and culture - I had a lovely time thanks to her ☺️"

"The only inconvenience was that the bathroom and toilet are shared with another room with guests but we somehow managed to avoid each other so it wasn't a big problem."
"Very close to Liseberg park, and bus station connected with the airport. Accomodation is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator. Our host Eva was very pleasant, fluent in English, breakfast was great and we could say that we had spent a fantastic time there. Thanks again and give Ralph a hug :-)"

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zwischenübernachtung auf unserer Reise in den Norden. Der Empfang war sehr nett, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer im Bed&Breakfest sind sehr klein, aber sauber. Auch das Gemeinschaftsbad im Gang war sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und total ruhig direkt an der Ostsee. Das Haupthaus mit dem Restaurant ist ein altes, interessantes Gebäude. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist, wie viele andere Bewertungen schon sagen, einfach klasse. Wir wurden toll bedient und waren mehr als zufrieden. Gerne wären wir etwas länger geblieben."

"Die Lage des Hauses ist besonders vorteilhaft: nah an Ystad (10 Min. ins Zentrum) und an der Küste (4 Min.), dabei kaum Bebauung in der Nachbarschaft, extrem ruhige Umgebung und trotz Durchgangsstraße kaum merklicher Verkehr. Das Haus selbst ist sehr geräumig und bietet einer Familie mit Kindern genügend Raum. Besonders schön ist die abgeschirmte Südterrasse mit einem weiträumigen Blick über Felder und Wald mit Hasen und Rehen. TV mit nationalen Kanälen und BBC News war ausreichend, um im Urlaub etwas informiert zu bleiben, außerdem lief das Internet stabil."

"Ich Reise oft und war schon in einigen Unterkünften aber sowas hatte ich auch noch nicht gesehen so eine tolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe eingerichtet man merkt den Mitarbeitern an das sie Spaß an der Arbeit haben immer aufmerksam,das beste ist aber die Küche Frühstück toll und frisch zubereitet am Abend gibt es livecoking im Restaurant der Geschmack überragend ,ach so der Sandstrand ist ca 100 Meter gemütlich zu erreichen"
