"Das Zimmer hat ein permanent laufendes Lüftungssystem, es ist laut, nicht ausschaltbar, nicht regelbar. Das Fenster ging in den Innenbereichen, einen benachbarten Tagungsraum. An ein Lüften durch das Fenster war nicht zu denken!"

"Ich hatte kein Fenster nach draußen! Das Fenster war direkt in einem Konferenzraum. Ich öffne das Fenster und bin direkt in einem geschlossenen Saal. Habe mich beobachtet gefühlt und unwohl, obwohl der Raum geschlossen war. Ein lüften war nicht möglich. Außerdem wurde das Zimmer in 6 Tagen nicht gereinigt."

"Sehr freundliches, auch englisch sprechendes Personal, dass um Lösungen bemüht war. Nach Zimmerwechsel erhielt ich ein deutlich besseres und größeres Zimmer, auf das sich die Bewertungen beziehen. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig."

"In meinem ursprünglichen Zimmer lief permanent ein Lüfter, der jeglichen Schlaf verhindert hätte. Nach unkomplizierte Zimmertausch waren jedoch alle Probleme beseitigt."

"Room was quiet, even though the hotel is located in the town centre’s pedestrian area. Room was spotlessly clean, decor is old but in perfect condition. Bed was comfortable and low enough that my small dog was able to jump on and off the bed on his own. Weather was boiling hot, yet the temperature in the room was surprisingly low considering there is no air con. Breakfast was served in another hotel nearby on the other side of the block, and it was very good and tasty. This place is excellent value for money!"

"Central location in town for cafes, restaurants, etc. not noisy as the hotel entrance was in a pedestrian area with no cars driving through or even parking."

"The checking in and out was in a 4 star hotel around the corner. Breakfast was served there too. So a hike daily and inconvenience of the reception being so far away from the BnB. The room was basic and the single bed was uncomfortable with a floppy mattress topper. The floor under the bed was unclean. The bathroom really needs updating and walls need to be repainted or tiled. Made it look scruffy but it was clean. The windows were locking and difficult to open n close. My 18 granddaughter was given room 112 where the windows could not be open as it was a conference area. The temp in Pitea was 22 to 28 daily.. phew 😌"
