"Solides Hotel zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Alles da was man braucht und das Personal hilft gerne. Nicht alle können fliessend englisch aber es wird einem geholfen wo nötig und man kommt gut durch. Man bekommt schlussendlich das was man für den Preis erwarten kann, sind auch viele Einheimische Touristen in diesem Hotel."

"Traditionseiches Hotel in stadtzentrumsnaher und bahnhofsnaher Lage. Rezeption war deutlich länger besetzt als angekündigt. Freundliches und immer ansprechbares Personal. Es gab viele Schränke im Zimmer, so dass man seine Sachen gut einräumen konnte."

"Die Heizkörper ließen sich nicht regeln, es fehlten schlichtweg die Griffe. Das war dann doch etwas problematisch, da man nachts bei offenem Fenster kaum schlafen konnte, denn das Hotel liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße. In einer Wandlampe fehlte schlichtweg das Leuchtmittel. Es gab während meiner Anwesenheit keinen Zimmerservice."

"Location is great - just a few minutes away from the center and very easy to find/navigate. There's breakfast included and the room was clean and comfy. It was a little bit small but it didn't matter for me since I'm not someone who spends a lot of time in the room. Staff was lovely. Checkout is 11 am which is great because it's not very early. Overall it's a very affordable place in a great location."

"Lack of soap holders in the shower cabin and lack of hot water sometimes - hot water would take a while to get to you, or be lukewarm at the hottest setting."

"This is a clean and affordable hotel. It is only a short walk to the Old Town and the train station. Negative reviews of this place are unfair, because even though it is basic, it is comfortable. We also found the staff to be very helpful, polite and friendly. The breakfast was generous and tasty."
