"Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen und sicheren Gegend. Zum Zentrum sind es ca. 7 Minuten., dort gibt es auch einen großen Supermarkt. Die Betreiber Manuel, Estefania, Greg , Maria sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und mit Regalen für das Gepäck und einem Ventilator ausgestattet, die Bäder sind gross. Es gibt einen sehr gemütlichen Innenhof, wo man Essen und sitzen kann, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, so das man sich Essen zubereiten kann. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung super. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefehlt, auch wenn nicht alles perfekt war."

"Das Hostel / Air BnB ist gerade erst 1 Monat alt. Der Besitzer ist extrem bemüht dir einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu bieten. Er hat sogar um Konstruktive Kritik gebeten um es zukünftigen Gästen noch angenehmer zu machen! Wir haben es so oder so top gefunden in allen Hinsichten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar! Dieser Host ist jeden Aufenthalt Wert. Wir wünschen Ihm weiterhin viel Erfolg, man spürt, dass sein Herz im Projekt-Hostel steckt!"

"Relaxed hostel with a friendly owner and staff. Good kitchen and two good shared bathrooms with showers. Excellent wifi. A good effort was made to keep the kitchen and bathrooms clean. The other areas were sometimes "dusty" as the owner is in the process of moving from his old location to this one and the old house where he now is needs work. Nevertheless, my stay was comfortable and liked how quiet it was at night. It is a quiet residential neighborhood lacking a bit in terms of food choices, but only a several minute walk where the majority of restaurants and supermarkets are located."

"Had a four night stay here when visiting Santa Ana. A bit of confusion at first with some contradicting messages on how to get to the hostel was easily sorted out with a couple of messages on Whatsapp. The owner, Manuel, was really helpful and answered all my questions on what to do and how to get around. Hostal had just recently re-opened, so there were things being fixed. However, this didn't bother me. Hostel is a 5 min walk from the city center, which meant it was quiet but still close to the shops and restaurants. Two bathrooms, one with a hot shower (I opted for using the cold as more refreshingconsidering the average temperaturs), a large kitchen, and plenty of community space to relax. I stayed in one of the private rooms with a floor fan, which had a large comfy bed and a clothing rack to hang your clothes. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at Casa Isabel, which had a more traditional hostel vibe and not too loud."

"Water pressure was at one time very low (though I understood that it was being looked into, so probably being fixed in the near future). There should probably also be a rag/mat on the floor of the bathroom to dry up water after showering."
