"Die Anlage wirkt wie ein Hotel aus der viktorianischen Zeit, hatte ich bisher in Thailand so noch nicht gesehen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer passt zum Stil der Anlage, schön und detailverliebt aber auch alles nicht mehr ganz neu. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig, Thai und Continental, für jeden etwas dabei. Liegt direkt am Kanal zum Floating Market. Der Markt kann über einen Fußweg am Kanal entlang in 10 Minuten erreicht werden."

"It was a lovely experience. Before arriving, the reception staff called to reassure me about the parking arrangements with an electric car and driver at the car park to take care of the luggage and drive to reception. The reception staff are engaging and welcoming with knowledge about any questions. The staff also pointed out directions to the floating market, which was open for dinner as I arrived late in the afternoon. The hotel has a charming character and a historical past, with a museum and a small temple for prayer. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed with antique furniture and period fittings in the bathroom. There is a restaurant for dinner and a balcony terrace above for breakfast, both overlooking the river. It was a very pleasant stay for me and I would definitely stay again."

Rooms are very nice - quite luxurious Housekeeping is fantastic - only got better at places like Anantara or Oriental Decent Wi-Fi (not ideal for long conference calls but fine for everything else Beautiful and fascinating surroundings - amazing. One of Amphawa’s top tourist attractions in itself. Fantastic (expensive but justifiably so) cafe and restaurant on site. Short walk to cheap eats and drinks if you don’t want to splash out at Aphawa Sri cafe"

"The two-level rooms with bed loft are suitable for when you want 2-3 beds. As a single or double there is not enough furniture and you are much better off staying in a normal deluxe room (those are excellent). Elderly or overweight people should definitely avoid these rooms!"
