"Diese preiswerte Unterkunft ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Reisende, die sich nicht so gerne in Touristen-Hotspots wiederfinden. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in einer Seitenstraße der stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Beginn der Einkaufsgegend, über die Straße geht es gleich runter zum (nicht so schönen Teil des) Strand. An der Hauptstraße finden sich Gelegenheiten zum Essen, Massage, Wäscheservice, seveneleven ist zwei Minuten entfernt. Das Appartement bietet alles, was man benötigt, es gibt auch eine Abwasch und eine Kochplatte sowie einen großen Kühlschrank, (ansonsten gibt es überall so Miniteile, wo man kaum den Wasserbedarf eines Tages unterbringt). Es gibt eine Badewanne (kaltes Wasser), einen Esstisch, kleine Schreibtischfläche, 3 Stühle und Kasten, auf der Veranda 2 Ministühlchen mit Minitischchen. Es ist alles recht familiär und so hat man hier auch eine der wenigen Möglichkeiten, das Alltagsleben der Thais abseits des Tourismus kennenzulernen."

"Im TV gibt es nur thailändische Shopping-Kanäle und die Internetverbindung ließ auch oft zu Wünschen übrig. Für Menschen, die tatsächlich nur 2 Wochen Urlaub auf Ko Samui machen oder mit Kindern reisen ist die Unterkunft wenig geeignet."

"Highly recommended! This is a small, family-run hotel. The owners are very warm and kind people. The hotel owner is friendly and always helpful. Excellent location — close to the sea, shops, cafés, and with good transport connections around the island. The rooms are clean and tidy, with everything you need for cooking: a stove and kitchen utensils. Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush are provided. Guests are welcomed warmly — they even pick you up from the airport and greet you with fresh fruit! Everything was absolutely positive!💝 A great choice!"

"The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and greeting us with a fresh coconut was a very nice touch on a hot day! The location is perfect, right on the beach and surrounded by restaurants, shops and a couple of bars."

"My family and I stayed at the Bulin Residence for 10 days. We absolutely loved the location - across the street from a beautiful beach that felt almost like a private beach, close to a couple of 7-11s, and an amazing outdoor gym right on the beach! The apartment itself is meters off the main road, but very quiet nevertheles. Everything was clean and we alway felt like we are at home. The family that runs the place, puts a personal touch and we felt so cosy and welcome! This is a peacefull and warm budget friendly place that we would recommend to anyone.!"

"Lovely welcome in the storm and dragon fruit as a welcome gift was a lovely touch. Very clean and spick and span. Owners kindly looked after luggage after I checked out and brought me to the airport."

"Nothing bad to say about this place at all! Clean tidy and all the standard amenities you’d need. The host was so friendly and helpful, and they have a cheap laundry service at the property too. Good location, it’s on the quieter side of the island but still plenty to do, lots of restaurants close by and the beach is about a 10 minute walk."
