"Sehr schönes Apartment, nah am Flughafen und doch sehr zentral, alles Sehenswerte schnell zu erreichen. In einer modernen Einkaufsstrasse gelegen, Supermarkt 2 Minuten entfernt. Sehr empfehlenswert"

"a very nice, new, spacious, comfortable and extremely clean apartment in a high rise residential building on one of the main shopping streets of dushanbe. excellent system of lights in the apartment, so even kitchen where there is no window can be perfectly lit. beautiful ''persian'' carpets. spacious, modern bathroom. high quality furniture and household appliances. big kitchen table ideal for office work if you need with your laptop on your travels. the host (bakhtiyor) is a great and very helpful gentleman. a big supermarket (no alcohol) around the corner (including the outside cash machine to withdraw somoni with your mastercard). 30 mins walk to the very centre of the city (rudaki park). a very short distance to the airport - and a taxi costs 1 - 1.5 eur). i really loved the apartment and will come back there on my next trip to dushanbe which i found to be a really nice and peaceful city worth re-visiting."

"Расположение недалеко от центра. Много магазинов, кафе, недалеко аэропорт. В наличии вся посуда, можно готовить еду дома. Комнаты изолированные. Во второй комнате диван НЕ раскладной. Так что, не больше 2х чел. На самом диване спать неудобно, только сидеть. Дом новый, современный, в квартире хороший ремонт. При открытых окнах слышно дорогу - в Душанбе водители любят постоянно бибикать, по поводу и без. Хотя сами машины почти безшумны, много электричек."
"Матрас кровати жесткий. Не всем подойдет. Не критично, но недостает небольшого стола рабочего и пары стульев. У кого ноутбук по работе, негда расположиться, только на кухонном столе. Нет утюга."
"Находится в оживленном районе, со множесивом кафе, но на удалении от центра Квартира просторная, свежий ремонт. Удобная кровать, зона кухни с необходимой посудой. Рядом супермаркет, под окнами общественная парковка. Есть отпариватель, что удобно"

"Идеальная кровать, очень мягкое белье, ребенок спал с удовольствием. Квартира светлая, есть все удобства и все новое. Отдельное спасибо за чайник, который выполняет роль термоса , на сухур вода всегда была приятно горячей. Все кухонные принадлежности очень приятны в использовании."

"Before visiting Asham I thought I had problems with sleeping, but in this place you REALLY have a good rest. Gusar village is 25 min far from Penjikent by car (you can catch the one near the M.Bashoro mosque in Penjikent), the guesthouse is situated in the Asham store building. There is a local market, grocery stores and marshrutka stop near. My dormitory was very big and clean, bed was extra-comfortable, window view was the best ever (mountains). The shower is inside the dormitory, it s very convinient! Hot water 24/7, towels and slippers, kettle and cups are provided. Room was much better than photos on booking, so if you are looking for the comfort and calmness Asham is what you need. But be informed that on Saturdays and Sundays a noisy tajik weddings can be held in the building. Anyway it is a good opportunity to see tajik wedding)) It`s ok if you make photos and dance with guests)) Staff was so kind and hospitable, if you have any problem or question, just ask)"
