"Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend in jeglicher Hinsicht. Das Bett ist sehr gut die unter Rückenschmerzen leiden. Konnte sehr gut schlafen. Das Bett ist sehr weich. Man hat alles unter den Füßen. Sehr schöner Aussicht von der Terasse. Sehr gute Ambiente das Musik hat mir sehr gefallen im Hintergrund. Das Essen war gut aber ein Minus Punkt denn der alte Koch hat zu Grand Kaptan gewechselt. Weil ich vor 4 Jahren in Kaptan Hotel war und sein Omelett, Essen vorallem Hühnersuppe was ich nie vergessen habe und nirgendwo so lecker gegessen habe hatten die nicht im Menü."

"everything is great the location is on a high spot where you will get a great View. the breakfast was the best i had in all Turkey they are serving one day Omelet and one day pancake the reception Mr. Ersoy was great and wanted to help. the pool area is nice don't look for any other location simply take this one"

"Great location with some great restaurants on the same street. Stunning sea, port & town views from our balcony! Easy to walk everywhere. Friendly staff that want to help you as much as possible. Lovely breakfast buffet with lots of variety of options as well as hot options (although some items were a but dry on the 2nd day we stayed, and some items like the strawberries tasted like they needed more cleaning). You can have a fresh omelette cooked in front of you to your taste. Comfortable beds. Good choice of teas. Well stocked mini bar available. Good aircon. Good size room that was nicely decorated. Good large pool off the 4th/3rd floors."

"All fairly minor things for us as follows: Felt a bit pushed to give tips straight away for parking when the car moved a foot from where I parked, otherwise staff all friendly. Lift needs a bit of maintenance as can't see all numbers when call for it. Shower head was a bit broken and the corners of the floor in the shower were a bit dirty. Door (and perhaps walls too) were thin as could hear people in the corridor and in the room next-door. We were meant to have a double bed but had 2 single beds."

"The hotel is in a perfect location in the center. It is around 10 minutes from the beach. The hotel is really clean. The room was cleaned every single day and the towels were changed. There is a nice pool. The breakfast and its service were excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from the room was just amazing straight to the port. It is a highly recommended hotel."
