"Die Lage war einfach perfekt: Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet, der Großer Basar und auch Eminönü sind in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke und viele Restaurants. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn dort und haben uns jederzeit sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Ganz besonders möchten wir Herrn Özer hervorheben,er war wirklich 7/24 im Einsatz und ein echter „Mann für alles“. Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit, er war immer da, unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zusammen mit Frau Şükran hat er jeden Morgen das leckere Frühstück vorbereitet. Man spürt einfach, wie viel Herz er in seine Arbeit steckt,so jemanden trifft man selten. Auch das Rezeptionsteam mit Ali, Mahmud und Hatice war durchweg sehr lieb, freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns insgesamt wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
"Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir wirklich zufrieden. Bei der Zimmerreinigung gibt es hier und da noch etwas kleines Verbesserungspotenzial, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht beeinträchtigt. Wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohlgefühlt."

The hidden soldier Mr OZAR who is available any time to solve any problems. Breakfast was Very good and view from terrace is wonderful Location is more than excellent:going down right to blue mosque &going up left to T1 train station in 3minutes walk In front of hotel is chock supermarket. Thanks alot for all staff and manager for nice stay.."

"My stay was excellent. The sea view room was amazing and the view was truly beautiful. The hotel’s location in Sultanahmet is perfect, within walking distance of many historical attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. I was more than satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended."
