"Sehr nettes Hotel mit lieber Atmosphäre! Ideal gelegen zum Zentrum mit Bushaltestelle gegenüber in alle Bereiche der Stadt! Besser geht es gar nicht! Tolles Frühstück, und alle immer hilfsbereit!"

"Die Duschgarnitur ist etwas alt, auch war das Türschloss nur per Karte versperrbar, aber leider nicht über den zusätzlichen Sicherheitsriegel, da er mit dem Türgriff aufging (vermutlich falsch montiert). Was natürlich für einen als alleinreisende Frau jetzt nicht so ideal ist. Da aber das Hotel sehr gut geführt ist, war das Problem nur minimal. Ansonsten ist alles perfekt! Sehr kluge und nette Zimmereinrichtung, immer starkes Warmwasser, sehr nette Hotelinhaber!"

"Tolle Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, trotzdem ruhig. Zimmer und Bad groß und sauber, wifi und Klima ausgezeichnet. Bett bequem. Türkisches Frühstück, gut und reichlich. Dem Management und dem Personal gebührt ein besonderer Dank, sie tun für die Gäste weit mehr als man erwarten könnte. Ich werde den Aufenthalt hier nicht vergessen und falls ich mal weider in Trabzon sein sollt, nur im Sagiroglu."

"Exceptional service: The staff went above and beyond at all times always smiley and helpful, they even walked me to the bus stop and told the driver to help me find the locations i wanted to go to Good Breakfast: service was impeccable and always served to perfection, didn't have the vareity but it was acceptable. 24 hour service: Nothing was beyond their capability from laundry service to touristic advices"

"After the 1st night i asked if there was a better room and they said they didn't have it, i presume they were fully booked because i found a different room on their website which i would have preferred"

"I had wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around and explore. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and I’d like to give special thanks to the gentleman working the night shift he was exceptionally kind and attentive, which really made me feel welcome. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The rooms would benefit from better soundproofing, as it was difficult to sleep due to noise from other guests. The air conditioning also needs attention, as it works but makes a loud sound. In addition, the water pressure and flow in the bathroom should be checked, as it wasn’t always reliable. With these improvements, the experience would be close to perfect."

"A very nice hotel, perfectly situated in the center of the city. Spacious, clean room and tasty breakfast. Very kind and hospitable staff espacially young gentleman who greeted us during the check in. Although there were some technical problems they were quickly solved and the owner turned out to be absolutely honest and honorable person. The hotel is definitely worth to stay in."
