"Die Nähe zum Strand. Diese Chalet ist das schönste in ganz charlotteville. Der Erker mit den Fenstern ist einfach ein Traum. Diese Haus ist im Kolonialstil, also authentisch. Der Preis lohnt sich. Man kann am Abend den Sonnenuntergang vom großzügigen Chalet aus, beobachten. Der Weg zur Pratenbucht ist durch den Regenwald über eine Treppe. Ein Kinderspiel! Herrlich. Wir haben es geliebt!!!"

"We loved the location. I could hear the sea from my bedroom window and sitting on the small terrace we were overlooking the little harbour. Watching the world go by. We liked the facilities. It had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communication was great. The people of Charlotteville seem very friendly. It's a village showcasing the spirit of the Carribean."

"The door to the bedroom have shutters that cant be closed, as a result mosquitos come in. I would suggest placing a mosquito net over the shutters to keep m out or a mosquito net over the bed."

"Great location right in the heart of the village. It’s a bit noisy because of the hustle and bustle, but that’s the charm. So reviews have made it sound like it’s a room above a nightclub; nonsense - there isn’t even a bar on site!! They really care about the service they are offering, and our room was spotless."

"Well it's not a dislike because it could of been something that was missed and that was a crab in the shower I almost slipped and the electricity went a few times which I guess isn't in the hands of the guest house"

"Our stay was one of a kind. The property, it's location right at the sea, near the peer and yet in the middle of the charming village is excellent. Our cottage was very charming inside as well, with a little balcony looking right at the sea, beautiful seabirds, fishermen and sailing yachts. The island and its habitants does the rest: very charming, you'll see people fishing, everyone is very kind taking care of each-other and before you know them by there name. You're just a walk away from a bbq at marvellous Pirate bay, or lot's of other paradise beaches, the rain forrest, waterfalls etc..."

"Keep in mind that people have the habit of paying in the local currency (TTD, Trinidad Dollars). There's no bank in Charlotteville and the ATM is sometimes out of order or money (a limit of 2.000 TTD withdrawal). But you'll manage ; ) Our host Penelope is as everybody very very friendly and hopefully in the future it will be easier to pay your stay upfront by creditcard."
