"Ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel mit hübschen Dachgarten und Aussicht auf Teile des Sees! Gutes WLAN, sehr freundliches Personal Wir durften mit der Schwester des Rezeptionisten im Mercedes nach Taichung fahren ....sie brachte uns zum Bahnhof und wir kamen schneller zu unserem nächsten Punkt der Reise : der Tarokoschlucht an !!!. Sollten wir wieder in Taiwan uns befinden : dieses Hotel steht auf unserer Liste !!"

"Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir sind 2 Std. vor Frühstückszeiten losgegangen und haben dafür unser Frühstück als Goodiebag in die Lobby gestellt bekommen um 6.30h morgens. Die Lage am See ist gut und die Busstation nur 3 min entfernt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß."

Large rooms with a nice view on the forest, large bathroom with bathtub and nice showers, reversible air conditioning was good to heat the room as we had cold weather there, very nice staff making the effort to serve a different breakfast plate every day, 5-minute walk to the old streets where shops and restaurants are with very nice and cheap local food. We had a car rented and they have a free parking available. Very good place close to the Sun Moon Lake :)"

"Comfortable room, excellent breakfast on rooftop garden patio overlooking Sun Moon lake. Short walk to pier and night market restaurants and vendors."
"We were there during the off season and I think there was only one other couple besides ourselves but, it was difficult to check in and out as there was no one manning the front desk. We had to try to communicate with the help staff who was Indonesian and really didn't know the check in and out operations."
