"Das Personal war durchweg sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und geräumig und bot alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch das Bett entsprach exakt der Beschreibung in der Buchung – sehr bequem und erholsam. Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist auch die gute Lage des Hotels – zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen."

"Wir haben grosszügigerweise ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr gross, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit sehr bequemen Bette. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und ruhig gelegen (in wenigen Gehminuten zur wichtigsten U-Bahnstation). Der Parkplatz war sicher und nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und hatte eine grosse Auswahl an asiatischen Speisen und westlichen Optionen. Genossen haben wir auch den kostenlosen Afternoon-Tea mit Snacks. Das Personal war sehr freundlich."

"Great location, literally 10-15 mins walk for the train and the bus station and the dome of light. (Formosa Boulevard station). Close to the metro 5 mins walk. We received an upgrade and our room was huge, with a 4 post bed, large bathroom and free-standing bath and a massive balcony/alfresco area with a large swing seat. The comfort and cleanliness of the room was superb and we sincerely thank the staff. Cleaning staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure our room was 100%."
"The breakfast (whilst good) did not have too many vegetarian choices and the ingredients were not listed. One day I ate an egg dish which had meat in...... which I concede isn't going to harm me, however I choose not not eat meat and the ingredients should be listed to provide the correct information."

"Staff was so helpful and ensuring we got dinner at restaurants. The day of departure we were giving a ride to the train station. The hosts speak very little English but was overcome with Apps. Area was quiet and near visitor centre and the jump off point of the paragliding. Great breakfasts; one at b&b abd one packed at day of departure."

"Wir reisen per Rad durch Taiwan. Wir durften die Fahrräder in der Lobby parken und dort im Trockenen einige Reparaturen vornehmen. In der Lobby gibt es einen Aufenthaltsbereich mit bequemen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen Wasserspender (heiß und kalt). Sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer, mit Wasserkocher. Recht geräumiges Badezimmer, bequemes Bett. Sehr gute, zentrale Lage, dennoch ruhig. Sympathisches Personal, Kommunikation nur via App möglich."
