"Aufgrund der Kriegslage in der Ukraine waren wir beinahe die einzigen Gäste (und wohl seit langem die einzigen, die touristisch unterwegs waren). Das Hotel befindet sich absolut zentral in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants und Bars und allem anderen, was man so braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles war sehr nett gemacht, das Personal war sehr bemüht. Das Frühstück wurde extra für uns zubereitet und alle Dinge, die wir bestellt haben, waren wirklich sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und individuell gestaltet. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenfreien Parkplatz für die Hotelgäste. Für uns für die beiden Nächte (und auch für länger) sehr gut und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Chmelnitzky sicherlich wieder hier buchen."

"Am Abreisetag mussten wir das Hotel schon morgens um 04:30 Uhr verlassen. Alles war gesprochen, wir konnten auch noch ein "Frühstück-to-go" bestellen. Nachts ist das Hotel nur mit einem Security besetzt und das war das Problem: Als wir um 04:30 Uhr zur Rezeption kamen war niemand da. Wir haben das Hotel angerufen, es klingelte nichts. Vermutlich hatte sich der Security-Mitarbeiter irgendwo schlafen gelegt... Also kein Frühstück (konnten wir noch verschmerzen). Das Problem war aber, dass wir nicht aus dem Hotel kamen - alle Türen waren abgeschlossen. Schließlich haben wir den Rezeptions-Tresen durchwühlt und Schlüssel gefunden, die dann gepasst haben. So etwas geht (auch oder gerade in Kriegszeiten) gar nicht. Deshalb auch "nur" 9 Punkte."

"Comfy and spacious room, with nice shower and bathtub. The staff was kind and helpful, and the parking situation was really easy (and free of charge). The hotel is right in the middle of city center, and the hotel is accessible for strollers and people on wheel chair. Delicious breakfast, too."

"1.Not clear situation with car parking lot booking. Reservation needed, but not controlled. We was lucky to get free spot in spite of preliminary booking. 2. There was no hot water in bathroom and staff was not aware about it. In this case was one option only - change room, but we were tired to use this option at the moment."

"actually it is a fabulous property , very modern , fashionable, with really artistic and creative design. Service is very good and professional and rooms are large , clean , and they just got everything you need and it works. The restaurant is also very charming , they have this smoking balcony, with seating places. But the big plus of this hotel is the location. It is just in the middle of everything in this town , resturants, bars , coffie shops art expositions. one step outside and you are there."
