Ambar Hotel

"Angenehmes Hotel.

"Sehr stylisches Hotel. Sehr sauber und leise Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstück mit guter Auswahl."

"Sehr enge Ein und Ausfahrt zur Tiefgarage."

"Pretty new hotel in a central location. The rooms are spacious, with two queen beds, and the décor is comfortable. Breakfast has a good assortment and the quality is good."

"The staff is rude and seem overly strict about room keys. Even when a reservation is for four people, they provide only two keys and repeatedly warn guests about an alleged $15 penalty fee that is not stated in the contract. On one occasion, we accidentally left the keys inside the room and had to wait about 15 minutes while the front desk contacted the manager via WhatsApp to ask permission to issue a third key, which was ridiculous. At checkout, we had left one of the keys in the room entrance (since it is needed to keep the electricity on), and the front desk clerk asked us to go back upstairs to retrieve it, which we declined to do. This felt unnecessary and left a very negative impression of the service."

"I liked the mix of materials and the design. Very aesthetic."

"The pictures of the breakfast buffet on Booking.com did not match reality. The room was a bit dusty. The walls were pretty thin and the family next to us kept us up all night."

"front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. tv was great for selection of english channels"
