Lucia, die Property Managerin, und ihr Team sind großartig, sehr aufmerksam, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"It's weird that the rooms don't have a TV. I was able to get one because the staff was gentle enough to look for it (and they found one). Specifically, when the weather is bad (it was the case in one day), there is little option for entertainment in the hotel. Also, there is no indoor pool and the 4 pools the hotel has are outdoors and not climatized!"
