The Liming Bequia

"Das Frühstück war à la carte, leider kein Käse oder Aufschnitt, aber Eier, pancakes, Joghurt, frische Früchte…Die Karte für das Abendessen ist nicht sehr gross, aber man kann auch Picnic aufs Zimmer bestellen oder dort grillen, alles was es dafür braucht, wird gebracht. Die Fahrt im die Stadt kostet ca. 30 US Dollar und dauert ca. 20 Minuten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht."

"We were collected by Simon at the airport who is a fab guy super informative about Bequia. Upon arrival at The Liminga everyone was friendly and happy. Once we sorted our arrival documents we were shown to our room which was kindly decorated for husbands 60th birthday 🥳 Our villa was perfect for us and everything we needed. Comfy bed, lovely toiletries and bottled water replenished every day. Pool was perfect size and temperature was spot on. We were fortunate to grab shuttle bus to go into town a few times as this could soon add up as The Limings is at end of island."

"The road to the property is very uncomfortable hopefully will get sorted. The breakfast menu was a bit limited if you’re staying for a week as doesn’t change and not big selection. Preferred the lunch menu to the evening menu. Would have liked a dedicated shuttle service due to location."

"The location was stunning. The cottage that we stayed in was super comfortable and the small private pool was a bonus. The staff were the best thing of all. Friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Particular praise to Jamilia on reception, who helped us out with everything from lifts, excursions, food recommendations etc."

"All the food we had was very tasty and well portioned. Our Villa was spotless and seemed well maintained. The location and property itself is absolutely gorgeous. One thing to note is that the resort is on a far corner of the island away from most of the tourist activity. That being said, we preferred this and opted to rent a car. The drive to the town centre is a relaxing and enjoyable 20 minute drive with scenic views an no traffic slow downs to be found. All the staff were very courteous, friendly and were accommodating to any extra requests we may have had. Bequia seems like a very safe place, so safety concerns were not an issue."

"The main pool is rather small but quite nice. The beach could be better landscaped with more even sand and improved beach chairs. It would also be helpful to have water pots near the villas for washing sandy feet before entering the villa or villa pool. Additionally, I hope measures are being taken to prevent mosquito breeding areas. The gardens could also be improved. Lot of potential. Thanks."

"We were met off the boat and taken to the Liming Resort, the manager met us and took us to our two bedroomed villa, it was stunning. All the staff we had dealings with were lovely nothing was to much trouble. We went on an amazing boat trip to Tobago Cays, unfortunately the journey back was rough, my son rang ahead and the Manager Aaron was waiting for us took us back to the resort, bottle of water for us all and then those that wanted food were served in our villa."

"Maybe a little far out if you wanted to get to anywhere, but that is obvious when you book. There is a shuttle and you just have to ask for it."
