"Excellent stay, room, bathroom and kitchen super clean. Everyone was really friendly and helpful, Joy even gave me a lift to get food the evening I arrived and took me to the airport the following morning Breakfast on the veranda was superb I would definitely stay here again"

"Great for an overnight stay near the airport but no food /shop options nearby Bed was a bit soft for me, but that’s a personal preference I prefer a hard mattress"

"Joy was the best host, kind, attentive, friendly, and told us everything we needed to know. The house is lovely, comfortable and cool inside. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner provided. Most importantly, the room has air conditioning! The little terrace on which breakfast is served is delightful. Joy let us use her washing machine and washing line. Though the accommodation is not in town, it is a short walk to the airport, 15 minutes to a nearby shopping mall, and you can catch a bus from either of these locations to Mele or central Port Vila. Highly recommended, great value for money."

"Joy's place is great value for money, very basic, right near the airport for an overnight layover. You will have to get a taxi to town for dinner, around $25 AUD return.I had the air-conditioned room. The bathroom is shared. The breakfast was good and simple: fruit, small omelette and bread. The staff are lovely - very helpful and friendly."

"The light bulb glowed all night after switching it off. I told Joy she was very responsive to the feedback, saying she'd have it fixed immediately."

"Nice little share house with everything you need. Comfy bed in small room with balcony overlooking the garden. Quiet even though it's right next to the airport. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was also included. I only stayed one night but would be happy to stay a few nights as it's great value as a solo traveller."
