"We were on 3rd floor. It was too hot for my friend, and we have to ask for emergency change room after midnight. With staff helps of course."

"The staff was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful. Due to nearby construction, they made sure to escort us safely from a distance and even helped us find a parking spot, which we truly appreciated. Although we had booked a one-bedroom, they kindly provided a room with an additional sofa bed already prepared for our five-year-old, which was a lovely surprise. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere around the hotel was vibrant and full of life. Overall, it was a wonderful experience."
