"Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben sehr komfortable Nächte in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe zum Kloster in Alawerdi verbracht. Das Haus war voll ausgestattet und bei Fragen stand uns die Vermieterin auf Französisch, aber auch Englisch und Russisch immer freundlich zur Verfügung. Die Küche mit schönem Ausblick in die Schlucht lädt zum Kochen mit Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten ein und das Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls mit Ausblick, ist gemütlich und und ruhig. Große Empfehlung!"

"Where do I start? This is one of those special places that will stay with me forever. Run by the kindest person I met during my trip to Armenia; always willing to help, offer suggestions, and even went so far as to bring me fresh eggs and cheese from the neighbors. The design is truly out of this world. I felt like I’d stepped into a novel, surrounded by beautiful antiques and artwork. I could have spent my entire stay just soaking up the atmosphere. Its proximity to Sanahin Monastery was perfect, and the views from every room are breathtaking. Not just the best guesthouse in Alaverdi, possibly the best in all of Armenia. I can’t wait to return."

"The communication was amazing! Before, during and after the booking they were always following up. Thw hous is smth amazing: you want to explore every corner. It gives the feeling of a movie! The breakfast was soooo good. God bless this plase and hosts!"

"The only way to feel at home on a holiday is to stay in a home. That’s just what this is: the host’s summer house. It’s fully equipped and decorated and feels like being in your own holiday home. We loved the view of the mountains and canyon (photo from a hill just behind the house), being woken by roosters in the neighbourhood and the basket swing that our daughter loved. You can walk easily to Sanahin Monastery and it’s within easy striking distance of Haghpat, Aktala, Odzun and other very, very old churches and monasteries."

"Really cute property in Alaverdi. We were the only ones there so had the whole place to ourselves. It was a great place to relax and unwind! The owner was so friendly and helpful, plus there’s a great walk nearby from monastery to monastery."

"The owner is quite hospitable and proficency in English. She proactively contacts me, drive her car to pick us up, explain every details of the facility. The room is not luxury but big and cozy with everything you need. If you want to visit Sanahin Monstary, this is the best choice as it is only 400 meters away. The price is relatively higher given is standard and location."

"Only 5 mins walking distance from Sanahin Monastery, good position on the hill with nice view from windows of kitchen and dining room, very clean and comfortable house with 2 big rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and balcony of rich space. Owner is a beautiful Armenian girl with lovely smile who can also speaks Russian, French and English. French is very fluency. Willing to comunicate and help with taxi booking. Meals not included in room fee but price is reasonable. She cooks with home grown ingredient, clean, delicious and healthy. Unique and unforgettable experience in life."
