"This place is in the city centre, but its quite. Supermarkets and food places are very close. The owner is very nice. Heating system is automatic. It turns on and off to keep 22C. There is also a common place with your neighbour, where you can use a fridge, tv and a couch with a table."

"The spiral staircase to the room is tricky. My wife almost sliped. I guess it could be hard at winter."

"The owner was very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped, providing everything necessary for a comfortable visit. I would be pleased to stay here again in the future."

"This Guesthouse is one of the best places to stay and relax in Vanadzor. Initially I booked for 5 nights and ended up staying longer. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, microwave and fridge at your fingertips. Private entry to the room is an icing on the cake, cleaning lady very helpful and the owner treat you like a family member, loved the place and if I’m ever in Vanadzor or Spitak area, I will come back here 100%"

"A short walk from the train station, we had a spacious apartment (at the top of external stairs in case you have lots of luggage / mobility issues). Clean, many beds, comfy firm mattresses and a functional kitchen. Staff were friendly and accommodating to cyclists. Great location near markets, banks, bakery etc."

"Very easy and flexible Check-in! We had rentes two rooms, but ended up having a private bathroom and living room to ourselves as well. Great price! Would definitely book again!"
