"Really nice Guest House near the center.(10 Minutes walk) Very clean, comfortable and huge. It's like an AirBnB with everything you need. The owners are really friendly and take good care of you. There was even food grapes chocolate tea and more. Thank you so much for the time."

"The owner/host, Armen is a supernice, helpful and generous gentleman who makes you feel home. The place is neat and clean with all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. Armen helped me check the train ticket to Yerevan and even called me a taxi to the train staion as I was late already. I would have missed the train without his assistance. "Прекрасное место, тихо, хозяева очень вежливые, угостили фруктами. Много места, есть кухня, душ, теплая вода, чайник, кастрюля. В аппартаментах может поместятится 4 человека. Есть гостиная, можно отдохнуть на диване перед телевизором. Если холодно, можно включить отопление. Отличное место советую всем путешественникам. Все чисто и приятно находиться тут."

"Very smooth arrival. Key was ready instantly the time of arrival. He was very helpful and tried to be available in case we need his help all the time. Very quite neighborhood. It's ike a local places and as a same time so many grocery shops around within 5 mins walk. It's a cozy place to stay for 2. Just connect the beds together and it won't be a problem. He even waited for us to make sure we are getting our taxi once we were leaving. Very caring person. I would definitely go back again if I would ever come back to Armenia."
