"Zentrale Lage. Vom Bahnhof aus gut zu Fuß zu erreichen; auch Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping und Supermarkt fußläufig. Sehr große Ferienwohnung mit zwei Bädern. Bequeme Betten. Stilvolles Raumdesign. Manche Möbel (z. B. klappbarer Esstisch) etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionierten. WLAN in den meisten Räumen stabil. Zweiter Schlüssel für Haus- und Wohnungstür."

In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu verschiedenen Pubs, sodass bis in die Nacht hinein Musik/Bässe zu hören waren. Wer sich hieran stört, wird vermutlich schnell genervt sein.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

Ich war etwas erstaunt, dass man erst ab 9.00 Uhr am Morgen beim Frühstück Spiegel- oder Rührei bestellen konnte, da vorher niemand in der Küche war.

"Marnas Guesthouse ist eine sehr gemütliche Unterkunft. Wir haben in Nr. 3 übernachtet, einem kleinen Schlafzimmer mit tollem Ausblick über Tórshavn. Es gab ein großes Bad + eine weitere Toilette und Dusche, einen großen Küche-Ess-Wohnbereich und einen Wirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Marnas Guesthouse ist eine Gemeinschaftsunterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und hat wunderbar funktioniert. Die Gastgeberin Marna ist sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr gut gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

"St John is a beautiful Island. This condo was clean, comfortable and enjoyed the balcony out back."

We chose not to rent a car and found it difficult to get taxi drivers who wanted to bring us to the end of the street. We tipped well, people would give us their number and then not answer. Was not the condos fault but surprised at the taxi drivers

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.

"Die Wohnung ist topmodern und sauber, mit Aurcondition, Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Lage toll. Schade, dass man das Elternschlafzimmer wegen den schrägen Fenstern nicht verdunkeln kann-gleiches Problem auch im Wohnzimmer bei der (leider unbequemen) Schlafcouch. Kinderzimmer ist super verdunkelbar. Die Küche ist klein, aber gut ausgestattet (nur 2 Herdplatten)"

3 Nächte für 1200Euro sind doch sehr teuer. Verdunkelung mangelhaft, Sofabett für 2 Personen unbequem

"We love the area, close to the ocean, the view is fantastic. We lived in Trou deau Douce 25 years ago at Valmarin. It was wonderful to be back and these apartments has so much potential, but unfortunately it’s not taking care of. The cleaning lady was very kind."

The apartments weren’t cleaned when we arrived. The underfloor apartment was full of black mold. The pool is not taking care of. No sunbeds. You could easily do a quick renovation, do some painting and take care of these apartments and it would be wonderful. Now we love this area and has lot of friends in Trou deau Douce so we wanted to stay there. We had no contact with the owners, they didn’t answer us, but the housekeeper/cleaning lady was nice and answered, she come and clean when we asked for it.

die Qualität des Internets wäre verbesserungswürdig, leider gibt es keine Bushaltestelle, um in die Stadt zu kommen, nur zur Fahrt zum Kings-tower aus der Stadt

"Für den Preis fand ich gut, dass man ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Das war allerdings sehr schlicht, keine abgetrennte Dusche. Die Lage ist ok, in 25 min ist man zu Fuß am Busbahnhof. Zur Altstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Da es sehr kalt war, als ich dort war, brauchte man die Heizung (Klimaanlage). Diese hat gut funktioniert, musste aber dafür auf eine höhere Temperatur als üblich eingestellt werden."

Es ist etwas schwer zu finden, da es kein Schild gibt. Daher sollte man sich unbedingt vorher die Bilder vom Eingangsbereich anschauen.

"Маючи веливий досвід відпочинку на курорті Ясна в районі Білого путі саме в цих апартаментах ми зупинялись перший раз. Розташування майже ідеальне, прям біля лижного схилу та двох витягів. Перебування в апартаметах було доволі комфортним. Власники апартаментів також є вланиками ресторану на першому поверсі. Вони дуже допомогали нам вирішувати всі наші проблеми та побажання."

Інвертар на кухні недостатній або за великим рахунком віджив своє та потребує оновлення.

Die Dusche in unserem Zimmer hatte keinen Duschvorhang und keine Halterung für die Handbrause.

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft aber gut gepflegt. Gute Lage, gut zum Schnorcheln und in der Nähe der Haie und Stachelrochen. Wir haben auch eine Schildkröte und ein Adlerrochen gesehen."

In der Küche kann es ein wenig warm werden da nur der Schlafraum AC hat. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sehr schnell einen Fan vorbeigeveacht.

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Die Lage ist ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten. Die Wohnung selbst ist super schön, großzügig geschnitten, sauber und einfach total einladend. Die Einrichtung ist modern und stilvoll, das Bett war bequem und der Balkon ideal, um morgens entspannt den Kaffee zu genießen. Check-in und Check-out waren ganz unkompliziert, und ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an richtig wohlgefühlt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!"

Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war ein leicht unangenehmer Geruch wahrscheinlich aus der Kanalisation – aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht wirklich getrübt.

"Wir waren im Dezember in der Unterkunft im Appartement im ersten Stock mit Balkon und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben ein 1Jähriges Kind dabei gehabt und uns wurde ein Babybett und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Mit dem Balkon oben war der Bereich auch sicher. Der näheste Strand ist Palm Beach. Man kann zum Strand laufen. Dennoch bietet sich auf Aruba ein Mietwagen an um die Insel zu sehen und die anderen wunderschönen Stränden. Vor Ort gibt es günstige Autovermietungen. Der Besitzer der Anlage, der auch dort wohnt hat uns diesbezüglich sehr unterstützt und geholfen. Bei jeglichen Fragen kann man sich an ihn wenden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit."
