Frühstück war etwas übersichtlich in der Auswahl. Leider fingen Bauarbeiten direkt vor unserem Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltes an. Wir mussten daher immer einen Umweg in Kauf nehmen.

"Für den Preis fand ich gut, dass man ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Das war allerdings sehr schlicht, keine abgetrennte Dusche. Die Lage ist ok, in 25 min ist man zu Fuß am Busbahnhof. Zur Altstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Da es sehr kalt war, als ich dort war, brauchte man die Heizung (Klimaanlage). Diese hat gut funktioniert, musste aber dafür auf eine höhere Temperatur als üblich eingestellt werden."

Es ist etwas schwer zu finden, da es kein Schild gibt. Daher sollte man sich unbedingt vorher die Bilder vom Eingangsbereich anschauen.

"Das Hotel liegt ruhig in zentraler Lage der Stadt. Alles kann super zu Fuß erreicht werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

Die Lage und die Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sonderlich toll.

"Kommunikation war top, man hat sich beim Reinkommen wohlgefühlt, Einrichtung sah gut aus, SmartTv war top, Bad sah sauber aus. Waren leider nur eine Nacht da, aber ganz sicher nicht das letzte Mal!"

"Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Die Wohnung ist super groß und super praktisch, da sie mit einer großen Küchenzeile ausgestattet ist. Die Möbel und das Bad sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier wirklich und wir waren sehr zufrieden."

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Stock mit Ostblick und hatte dadurch einige Sonnenaufgänge zu bestaunen * die Matratze ist sehr weich, aber mir ist das lieber als zu hart * Dusche mit heißen Wasser und gutem Wasserdruck * Schreibtisch, Esstisch sowie ein Sofa mit Couchtisch machten es gemütlich * Küche mit allem ausgestattet um auch selbst kochen zu können * die Lage ist perfekt, in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell im Zentrum und auch am Flughafen, Supermarkt um die Ecke * Frühstück mit Buffet - Preis/Leistung super, von allem etwas! * eigenständiger Check in für eine späte Anreise ideal"

* Laute Geräusche durch lNachbarn aus nebenan liegendem Zimmer, zum Glück nur einmal wirklich störend. Eine einheitliche Nachtruhe könnte dieses Problem vielleicht lösen . * leider war die Dachterrasse zu meiner Zeit nicht geöffnet, wahrscheinlich ein Winterthema

"The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable with excellent facilities including a kitchen, microwave, fridge and freezer, widescreen TV with Sky, lovely big sliding door with great views over Gib, as well as access to a pool and gym, with a Costa coffee in the foyer. It’s in a great location near some very nice restaurants such as Rendezvous, The Lounge, Monique’s, and Cafe Pepe (fabulous fish!) and a short walk to a nice tapas wine bar, Main Street, Casemates Square and only 20 mins walk to the cable car. The added bonus is being next door to Morrisons- we don’t want to eat out all the time so it is very convenient to have bread, cheese, salad, and wine on the doorstep. All the staff are incredibly nice, with a special mention for Kristina who gave us a really amazing room! I’ve been here for work many times, this is the first holiday we’ve ever had here and I highly recommend staying at Atlantic Suites - for a perfect holiday apartment."

"Die Lage in mitten der historischen Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hell - Tolle Austtattung, extrem komfortable Betten - alles sehr sauber!"

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"Wunderschöner Garten, liebevoll gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und bieten viel Platz. 24h Personal anwesend und über Booking Chat auch schnell erreichbare Besitzerin. Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet. Gutes Wifi und gute, ruhige Lage am grünen, etwas kühleren Los Planes."

Airconditioning kostet leider extra 5$ pro Tag. Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel.

"Nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft aber gut gepflegt. Gute Lage, gut zum Schnorcheln und in der Nähe der Haie und Stachelrochen. Wir haben auch eine Schildkröte und ein Adlerrochen gesehen."

In der Küche kann es ein wenig warm werden da nur der Schlafraum AC hat. Auf Anfrage haben sie uns sehr schnell einen Fan vorbeigeveacht.
