"Second time staying here. Great location and very clean. Comfortable for a family of four. Tuya is very easy to communicate with."

Nothing. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs - and I’m not used to the altitude, but that’s not the property’s fault.

"Facility was extremely nice, high ceilings with crown molding made it feel bigger than it actually was. Decor was very nice, and there were amenities aplenty. Huge balcony facing the Gulf. It felt like we were staying in our own ready-made home, complete with old Bible with plenty of notes :-)"

Refrigerator was very nice and modern, but the ice machine put out ice with mold on it. We checked the ice tray itself, and the ice was fine, so guessing the dispenser was to blame. The jacuzzi jets, as well, blew out particles of mold, some significant, when engaged. We did not see this in the tub until after the water had been drained. We did not let these factors detract from the overall experience, but, but mold is a pretty major thing that we'd suggest checking more often. Be aware that the check-in instructions you get from your booking agency may not reflect actual conditions/requirements, but this is not a problem with the host.

"The name "Cozy" suites was choosen well because its veeery cozy there, like a second home. We slept there for more than 3 weeks and it was the best accomondation we had in the philippines. The price is also unbeatable for what you get. Also a very nice area close to the mountains if you dont like big citys. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back the next time we visit negros."

The Wifi didnt worked sometimes but thats no problem with a tourist sim card

The single bed was not comfortable (on one side I was feeling that I was sinking). The A/C wasn't working because the remote control was missing. I contacted the host, he said that he will take care of it, but he did not. To be honest, it wasn't so hot and for most days I did not need the A/C. However, for the last few days of my stay I could really use the A/C, especially at night. The shared fridge could be cleaner. The bathroom did not have a window, it only had a kind of fan on the ceiling which did not work particularly well. As a result, some unpleasant odors persisted and the waters caused by showering could not evaporate very quickly.

"Exceptionnel !! Franchement rien à dire du côté de l'appartement. Tout était propre, le linge de lit, les serviettes. Un grand bravo. On a pu profiter du balcon pour le petit déjeuner, vraiment super!! 👍"

Seul petit bémol, pas du tout de commerce à proximité. Et si en plus vous n'êtes pas véhiculé sachez qu'il n'y a pas de bus en bas de la résidence où même quelques pas plus loin. Pour le premier jour, le papa du propriétaire qui était véhiculé nous a emmener jusqu'à une supérette. Un grand merci pour ce Monsieur. Qu'Allah le récompense pour son aide si précieuse. Le deuxième jour, pour le pain et viennoiseries, j'ai pris mon courage à deux mains. Heureusement, je suis une bonne randonneuse ce qui.n'est pas le cas de ma fille qui est restée bien tranquillement à m'attendre. La veinarde !! Malgré ce petit inconvénient, j'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement que je RECOMMANDE VIVEMENT pour les marcheurs.

Wollte mit dem Besitzer persönlich reden. Ist wohl sehr beschäftigt. Alles gut. Es wäre um persönlich belage des Zimmers gewesen.

"Es gibt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat. Angefangen beim Kontakt über booking.com, über die persönliche Begrüßung, die saubere Wohnung, die zentrale Lage und die tollen Tipps für tètouan und Umgebung von Haj Mohammed. Ein sehr außergewöhnlicher und toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wie im eigenen Zuhause gefühlt und das macht einen schönen Urlaub aus. Ich bereue es nicht schon vorher dort gebucht zu haben. 4 Nächte waren definitiv zu wenig. Bequeme Betten, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, großes Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage, sogar auf der Toilette mit allem ausgestattet was man für den ersten Tag benötigt. Bucht dort ohne zu zögern. Der Preis ist es auf jeden Fall wert. Auch für euer Auto habt ihr ein tollen gesicherten Parkplatz im Innenhof mit 24 Stunden Aufsicht."

"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"

Kein Moskitonetz. Die verantworlichen Personen waren etwas lustlos. Bei mir hat das WiFi nicht zuverlässig funktioniert aber bei dem Preis war mir das jedenfalls egal.

"Das was man in Zakopane erwartet, ein Holzhaus mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung!! Das Personal sehr freundlich!! Die Lage wie beschrieben, nicht weit ins Zentrum. Super das parken vor dem Haus. Geschäfte und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Nähe!!!"

Lage ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt ohne Auto nicht so günstig . Das Nahe Kieswerk ist etwas laut.

"Loved our host. Went above and beyond for us. She was great with our kids. Helped with a hire car and even dropped around some food."

Very minor but would be nice to have hot water from the tap in the sink to wash dishes. We could get hot water from the shower or put the kettle on to do dishes with.

Lage ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt ohne Auto nicht so günstig . Das Nahe Kieswerk ist etwas laut.

"La ubicación . muy buena en un punto importante de la ciudad, cerca de la Estación de trenes y Plaza céntrica, y cerca de Varios Mercados de Multiventas. El Departamento con varios ambientes y camas, y todo muy limpio y con ropa de cama muy completa- Ducha Eléctrica y amplio baño, con Papel higiénico y jabón. La Cocina con artefactos electricos en perfectas condiciones, alacena con Vajilla completa, té y Azúcar. Ventanas sólidas y rejas, Ventilador y aire acondicionado en las habitaciones: Tv plasma de grandes dimensiones."

Sin quejas. Todo me pareció muy acorde a la relación Precio - Calidad.
