Unterkunft war schwer zu finden. Unbedingt den Vermieter anrufen.

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Sehr heimelig und zentral."

War alles super.

"Die Eigentümer waren super lieb und hilfsbereit und ich habe mich auch als alleine Reisende sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war in einem tadellosen Zustand und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Strand ist zwar nicht in direkter Lauf-Nähe, aber dafür ein sehr süßes Café und ein paar Restaurants sowie ein 7Eleven, man ist also in jedem Fall versorgt."

"sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, alles was man braucht ist in der Unterkunft, vielleicht etwas wenig Besteck und Geschirr, (nur eine Müslischale und keine großen Kaffeetassen z.B.) Der Parkplatz direkt am Gebäude ist super und gut beleuchtet Wir würden erneut hier buchen."

Die Fotos des Appartements und deren Ausstattung entsprachen nicht dem, wie wir es vorgefunden hatten. Die Fotos sind vom Restaurant. Desweiteren muss angemerkt werden, das nur Barzahlung möglich ist.

Disadvantages i============ • No breakfast • No AC but it wasn't an issue since we came on Sep • Stairs and no elevator but only 1 floor • Diminished lighting in room * No light in the parking entrance is very dark at night

"Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht besonders schick oder stylish, alles sieht etwas älter aus, und blitzblank sauber war es auch nicht. Aber alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, dazu ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig, der Blick aus jedem (!) Fenster ist phantastisch, es war sehr ruhig und check in / out verliefen reibungslos, wir wurden sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt! Eine tolle Unterkunft in Sisimiut, die ich sofort wieder buchen würde!"

Nothing. Had to walk up a couple flights of stairs - and I’m not used to the altitude, but that’s not the property’s fault.

"Hermoso loft bien equipado con buena ubicación, tranquilo, seguro y cerca de la playa, lo que permite ir caminando y disfrutar del entorno. Cerca de restaurant, heladería, supermercado, cafés."

Wollte mit dem Besitzer persönlich reden. Ist wohl sehr beschäftigt. Alles gut. Es wäre um persönlich belage des Zimmers gewesen.

Took a little time for hot water from gas heater into shower.

"My sister & I stayed 4 nights here! 😍 We loved that… it was great value for money,… there’s a shop downstairs that opened 7 days till late… The location was awesome, right next to DMC, Vailoa, (the best fried chicken franchise on the island 😋)… the twin room was clean, and spacious with 2 x twin beds, sofa lounge, a balcony with clothes airer, a wardrobe, massive shower with hot water, toiletries & towels, kitchen sink with utilities, Tea/Coffee facilities, Aircon & free WiFi…and… The host, (Teresa), was very friendly & welcoming, always willing & present to help out when needed. 😃"

The only issue, was the accommodation is upstairs and carrying heavy luggage upstairs was a little challenging, otherwise, it was excellent value for money. 👍
