Wir hatten eine Wasserundichtigkeit im Bad, der aber schnell nachgegangen wurde. iIm Sommer 2025 gab es eine Baustelle, auf die man vom Balkon aus schaute. Uns hat dies nicht gestört.

"Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick vom Apartment auf die König Abdullah Moschee. Das Apartment hatte alles man braucht und der Service war gut. Wegen Verspätungen konnten wir erst nach der offiziellen Zeit für den Check in ankommen, es hat aber trotzdem geklappt."

"The lady was a nice and warm person. I had a great experience here. The location is very convenient, the heart of Tbilisi city. Many tourist places are walking distance. Facilities are also good. It comes with a laundry machine and cooking equipment. The room is spacious and clean."

"Die Lage Unna Mannu ist super. 3 Min zu Fuss zur Skiliftstation, 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum sehr gut bestückten Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist gross genug für 4 Personen und sehr zentral gelegen mit vielen Restaurants in kurzer Gehdistanz. Die Sauna ist eine tolle Ergänzung. Küche gut ausgestattet. Fehlendes wurde sofort geliefert. Schuh- und Kleiderheizung sowie Waschmaschine vorhanden. Sehr bequeme Betten."

Das 2. Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Die Schlafzimmer sind nur mit Schiebetüren ausgestattet. Nicht geeignet für 2 Paare. Der Balkon hat keine Sonnenbestrahlung im Winter.

"The comfort, accessibility and ease of the accommodation."

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

"Sehr schön eingerichtet, Terrasse mit offene Küche war super und den Blick war sehr schön."

Da das Wasser abgestellt war, war das Wasser aus dem Tank kochend warm. War unschön, im Nachgang habe ich festgestellt das den Hahn neben den Eingangstür geöffnet werden können.

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bei Fragen war immer jemand erreichbar. Klimaanlagen, Duschen, WCs haben gut funktioniert. Es gab sogar eine kleine Küche mit Kochmöglichkeit. Betten waren sehr bequem und sauber."

Es waren leider nur zwei Tassen in der Küche

"Es ist auf unserer Weltreise einer der Unterkünfte mit den spektakulärsten Ausblick…. Der Berg lohnt sich. Aber bitte mit guten Auto. Mario und seine Frau sind unglaublich sympathische Menschen. Die Unterkunft hat viel Platz . Wunderbar zum relaxen. Wir können sie nur empfehlen. Mario vielen Dank nochmals für alles.😉"

"Seyfu is giving his best to satisfy his guests. He came to pick me up to the airport, showed around Lalibela, even took me as a guide to few rock-hewn churches, for free, provided breakfast every morning, all for free, even though it wasn’t included in my booking. His place is clean, yet within local community, which I really liked. You see how locals live. It is onsuite room with large bed, separate entrance, free wifi, towels changed every day, bed made every day. I don’t have enough words to describe his hospitality. You simply become friend with Seyfu straight away. Thank you brother for everything!"

Location was far from the main tourist centers in Nungwi and stone town. Suggest getting a car if you are there - lucky we had one. Otherwise great stay!

Die Fenster waren herrlich groß, gewährten aber der Öffentlichkeit Einblick, wenn man die Rollos nicht runterzog. Leider gab es keine Nachttischlampe. Es war schwierig, im Bett ein Buch zu lesen. Ich habe mir eine Kerze gekauft und in ein Glas gestellt. Personal habe ich nirgends gesehen. Das ist der Nachteil des praktischen Eincheckens per Code.

Wir hatten eine riesen Freude darüber und ein wundervolles Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Hatte alles nichts mit den Kommentaren zu tun,die wir vorher gelesen hatten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und sind sehr dankbar für diesen tollen Aufenthalt"

Wir hatten eine riesen Freude darüber und ein wundervolles Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick. Hatte alles nichts mit den Kommentaren zu tun,die wir vorher gelesen hatten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem und sind sehr dankbar für diesen tollen Aufenthalt"

From day 1 the ceramic cook top on the stove did not work.They sent a man to look at it, he could not get it to work.Nothing was done to try and fix it for the 7 days we were there.. No sharp knife to cut meat etc.no can opener. No hair conditioner. No phone to call reception, we were on the 9th floor. Had to keep going up and down to see them for anything you needed. No came to clean our room or even change our towels for the 7 days we were there.We had to go down to reception to request clean towels.Then they insisted we brought the used ones to them 1st, before giving us clean ones.But this shocked us the most, they said if we wanted .more clean ones later in the week, we had to PAY for them. The washing machine did not work properly. The TV did not work, had to get someone up to reprogram it. Neither coffee or tea was provided. But they had a coffee machine in the lobby,BUT that did not work either for the 7 days we were there. They said they had a small shop to sell essentials. But it was hardly ever open, we it was it had next to nothing in it. They have a roof top swimming pool, which trying to getvin and out of was really dangerous. The bars you held onto were not fixed properly with screws to hold it in place missing. The top step was missing altogether, when we tried to get in , not realizing the top step was not there I slipped down to the second step missing it going between it and the wall getting stuck, my wife still not in the pool and a man in the pool has to help me out, really scary and dangerous. I told reception about it , they apologized saying they would send a maintenance man to look at it.But like everything else they said they would fix, NOTHING was done for the 7 days we were there, consequently we did not use the pool again. The water in the taps and shower were far far too hot , scalding hot 🔥, very dangerous.

The adress was a little bit complicated because the entrance is in the inner part of the block.

"Bisher die beste Unterkunft im Senegal. Europäischer Standard, toller riesiger Pool, Zimmer modern und sauber. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter, der uns sogar mit dem Roller zum ATM gefahren hat. Frühstück einzigartig. Vorsicht, hier will man länger bleiben als geplant 😁"

Keine Kritik, nur ein kleiner Tipp falls ihr zum Fathala Park wollt, der angebotene Taxi für 20k CFA (es sind 20 min Fahrt!!) kann günstiger erworben werden indem man sich einfach an die Hauptstraße stellt und Einheimische fragt. Wir sind für 8k hin gekommen

"Mein Aufenthalt bei Casa Tumi in Lesotho war einfach einzigartig! Das authentische und herzliche Ambiente ließ mich sofort wie bei Familie fühlen. "Das Apartment hat eine super Lage mit Blick über die Anse Royale. Es war sehr sauber und hatte einen tollen großen Balkon. Gastgeberin Solana war nett und hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen lieben Dank!"

Einige Pfannen waren abgenutzt. Leider ist der Wasserstand sehr tief und so haben wir dort nicht gebadet.
