Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, aber für eine Nacht kurz vor der Rückreise absolut in Ordnung

"Camping an sehr schöner Lage und mit guter Stimmung. Die Bungalows waren klein aber fein. Zu zweit für eine Nacht für uns gut machbar. Die Zimmer sind super, es hat sogar eine Küche im Gästehaus und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Wir haben alle gut geschlafen. Gefallen hat uns auch der Kiosk, und dass es an der Reception einen guten Kaffee gab. Sehr netter Empfang und Bedienung - danke!"

"Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Es hat den ganz besonderen Charme eines alten Herrenhauses. Wir haben nur eine Nacht vor unserem Heimflug hier geschlafen, waren aber sehr zufrieden. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, von dem aus man fußläufig alles wichtige erreicht."

Die Betten sind sehr hoch. Da schafft es nicht jeder ohne Probleme allein rauf.

I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

"The property is right next to Burwood train station, which made getting around super convenient. The price was reasonable and the overall value for money was excellent. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.
