"Frühstück mit dem selbstgemachten Kuchen war sehr gut! Lage war ein Traum - 2 Meter zum Meer! Vielen lieben Dank an Carol and Joe über diese so wunderschöne Unterkunft und das sehr gute Frühstück. Nachdem wir nach 22 Jahren Ehe wieder nach Bermuda zurückgekommen sind, haben wir Bermuda immer noch als solch wunderschöne Insel erleben dürfen. Wir haben eine jede Sekunde voll genossen und all unsere Freunde wieder getroffen. Watercoulours mit Carol und Joe kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen und sobald wir es wieder schaffen nach Bermuda zu kommen, hoffen wir wieder eine Unterkunft bei Carol und Joe zu bekommen. "Un peu difficile d'accès, c'est la campagne, mais vu que le propriétaire est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport il n'y a pas eu de problème. Au contraire nous étions très bien et au calme."

Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, aber um die Ecke ist eine Bäckerei mit belegten Brötchen und Baguettes und frischen Kaffee in verschiedenen Variationen für kleines Geld.

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Kleines praktisches Zimmer mit kleinem Badezimmer(chen) zu einem angemessenen Preis. Bei Buchung wurde auf das kleine Badezimmer hingewiesen. Sehr bequemes Bett mit offenen Bettende und guter Matratze. Sehr ruhig. Frühstück mit verschiedener Wurst, Käse und Marmeladen und Gebäck. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

Das kleine Badezimmer(chen) ist wirklich sehr klein. Ist aber kein Kritikpunkt, weil es wurde bei der Buchung schon drauf hingewiesen.

Keine Handtücher. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht zurückdrehen.

"Ich kann das Guesthouse nur empfehlen. Es liegt relativ ruhig gelegen im nubischen Dorf noch vor der Einkaufsstraße. Der Besitzer hat für uns mehrere tolle Ausflüge organisiert und uns bei allem geholfen. Auch das Frühstück war super."

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Liebevoll eingerichtete, gemütliche Zimmer, super bequeme Betten, Elektroofen falls es zu kalt gewesen wäre, alles perfekt sauber und sehr gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und tat alles, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wir möglich zu machen. Das Nachtessen war hervorragend und das Frühstück sehr lecker."

It is a bit out of the town but ok if you have a car. If there are many guests you will have to queue to use the shower room and toilet as it is a shared Barth room property.

"Nach dem langen Flug eine für uns sehr saubere, ruhige und freundliche Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Bad, Klimaanlage und TV ausgestattet. Als ich nach einer Restaurant Empfehlung in der Nähe fragte, erhielt ich mehrere Möglichkeiten. Wir fühlten uns hier sicher aufgehoben. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend."

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

"Das künstlerische Ambiente und dass einfach alles gut funktioniert hat: Essen war lecker, Zimmer sehr geschmackvoll und Herr Ouattara war immer zur Stelle."

"I did like the way I was received and was shown around.Kessy is always available when you need her. My advice to anyone is to make sure you communicate the time of your arrival to her in time."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"This was my second time staying here, and I really appreciate how clean and well-maintained the place is. It’s comfortable, decent, and offers great value for money. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay even better."

There’s no full kitchen available — just a small area with a microwave and an icebox. But considering the cost, it’s still a good deal.

"Modern, clean, self contained with bedrooms having on-suite bathrooms which also provided convenience and privacy. minimalistic though everything you expect from a hotel accommodation/apartment we had , elements from the spa were also included dressing, gowns and slippers, beach towels. The air conditioning throughout the rooms was great keeping us cool when relaxing in such a hot period of the year"

"Great location, owner's pleasant personality, cleanliness, the feeling of home away from home,availability of all basic amenities, quietness, size of the accommodation, and the cost, parking on the enclosed compound added to the feeling of safety. As the first customer, the owners had a toast with me. That was great, unexpected, and exceptional. Will recommend it highly. 9/10"
