Located a little bit outside the center of Jose Ignacio, we appreciated the calm of this area Excellent breakfast outside in front of the beautiful swimming pool. "Great breakfast and I like that it was a la carte. I can't say enough about it nor about the staff. Everyone was very courteous, professional, helpful, and accommodating. I also loved the location, only a few minutes from Palais Sans-Souci and Citadelle."

The air conditioning was rationed a bit much

The only downside was that the restaurant was closed due to the holidays.

"Zum Abschluss unserer Sri Lanka Reise haben wir uns mal eine Unterkunft direkt am Strand gegönnt! Traumhaft! Direkt vom Zimmer, mit Balkon oder Terrasse, an den Strand! Einziges Manko war der schlechte Druck auf der Dusche. Das haben wir aber häufiger erlebt. Es gibt eine Außendusche an der das Haare waschen besser gelang. Die Familie war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!"

"Das Hotell ist eine hervorragende Basis um die Sadt Antwerpen zu erkunden. Die Stadt ist mit dem Rad in zwanzig Minuten zu erreichen. Das Fahrrad ist überhaupt die beste Wahl um sie zu erkunden. Abends kann man sich ins Hotell zurückziehen und den Abend bei einem guten Essen ausklingen lassen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern ist es zu empfehlen, da es einen gut ausgestatteten Spielplatz gibt."

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"Das Frühstück war super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, außer dass Kaffee/Tee extra berechnet wird, was für uns eher ungewöhnlich ist. Die Lage/Aussicht ist toll, allerdings muss man sich dass mit einer steilen und schmalen Anfahrt erkaufen.(Dies wird aber im Ort fast überall so sein)"

Bei voller Zimmerbelegung ist die Parkplatz-Situation etwas schwierig, weil einfach zu wenig Platz am Berg ist! Alle Autos stehen dann hintereinander auf dem Hof, d.h. spontane Fahrten muss man vorher „anmelden“.

The price is really good.I have no complain.

"To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

The host cannot speak much English, but make it up through effort and enthusiasm, so you will still understand in the end (with or without Google translate). Breakfast was ok, but almost only sweets, so some less sugary stuff as well could be good. Some of the toiletries just lasted, so not a big issue, but if providing more then would not have to ration. Can also be a bit difficult to find (more so since some streets are currently closed-off due to construction).

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

Ich habe mit den Jungs vom Hotel mehrmals telefoniert. Transfer Flughafen- Hotel- Flughafen hat super funktioniert und das nachts 👍🏻. Mein Papa war sehr zufrieden. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Danke"

Nachdem wir nach 22 Jahren Ehe wieder nach Bermuda zurückgekommen sind, haben wir Bermuda immer noch als solch wunderschöne Insel erleben dürfen. Wir haben eine jede Sekunde voll genossen und all unsere Freunde wieder getroffen. Watercoulours mit Carol und Joe kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen und sobald wir es wieder schaffen nach Bermuda zu kommen, hoffen wir wieder eine Unterkunft bei Carol und Joe zu bekommen. Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

Küchenmitbenützung im Aufenthaltsraum nicht gerne gesehen (Wasserkochet etc, ist ok).. Unterschiedliche Zimmerqualität: Je weiter weg von der Straße, desto geräumiger.

"Der Frühstücksbereich, Terasse sind gemütlich gestaltet. Die Hängematte läd zum Ausruhen ein. Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Lage in Asuncion. Das Bad ist schön gefliesst. Danke für den Aufenthalt. Für Kurzzeitaufenthalte gut geeignet."

Das Zimmer ist ziehmlich klein. Von der Toilette roch es leider unangenehm.

"Nach dem langen Flug eine für uns sehr saubere, ruhige und freundliche Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war geräumig und mit Bad, Klimaanlage und TV ausgestattet. Als ich nach einer Restaurant Empfehlung in der Nähe fragte, erhielt ich mehrere Möglichkeiten. Wir fühlten uns hier sicher aufgehoben. Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend."
