"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"For self catering facilities it is peefect, quiet and have laundry and ao forth included which is reàlly nice... the agent is very reasonable and always there to answer any questions or any concerns... I highly recommend 👌"

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

"Wir waren leider nur für eine Nacht da. Aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen: die schöne und sehr große Suite, Ahmeds Freundlichkeit, das leckere Frühstück und Abendessen, die netten Gespräche mit den anderen Gästen im Essbereich und dass alle Produkte Bio und lokaler Erzeugung sind. Um dahin zu kommen, empfehlen wir allerdings ein 4×4 Auto!"

Als wir für 3 buchen wollten, war die 50m2 große Suite nur für 2 buchbar, sodass wir zusätzlich ein DZ buchen mussten. Dies hat uns sehr gewundert. Vor Ort haben wir festgestellt, dass in der Suite 2 weitere Einzelbetten vorhanden waren, also dass die Suite eigentlich für bis 4 Personen geeignet war. Da unsere 18-jährige Tochter viel lieber mit uns in der riesigen Suite schlafen wollte als allein im düsteren DZ (im anderen Haus), hat uns Ahmed ein Einzelbett bezogen. Allerdings hat Saïd drauf bestanden, dass wir beide Zimmer zahlen. Ich verstehe nicht, dass die Suite von Anfang an nicht für 3 oder 4 Personen angeboten wurde. Dies ist aus meiner Sicht nicht korrekt. Ich habe allerdings dies NICHT in meiner Bewertung einfließen lassen, denn die Lodge empfehlen wir trotzdem wärmstens!

"I arrived late and the taxi driver was unsure of the location. However the owner ( manager) came out to meet us and showed me the cabin, there was a language barrier as I don’t speak French, however with the help of google translate this was overcome. The breakfast was good and plentiful with egg, dates, yoghurt and bread with a juice and coffee. The owner was very helpful despite the language, the cabins are functional and good fun and first thing I walked (30 seconds) to the beautiful beach at sunrise!"

Entrance is hard to find, I first thought I was in the wrong place.

"Netter Empfang, recht geräumiges Zimmer, bequemes Bett, schönes Bad, alles einwandfrei sauber. Spa-Bereich angenehm und sauber."

Die Spa-Leistungen sind etwas teuer.

Da fällt mir jetzt nichts ein!

"Café da manhã bem variado, limpeza do quarto. Toalhas e cobertores extras."

A água da piscina podia ser mais bem cuidada, mas nada que comprometesse o mergulho.

"We stayed here in September after walking the Arctic circle trail. We were faster than expected, so we contacted the owner as soon as we arrived in town. He immediatly told us we could stay at the house and came to pick us up in 10min to bring us there. It is a bedroom in his home and he immediately made us feel very welcome. We had space in the fridge, the entire kitchen available and we were allowed to use the washing machine to clean all our stuff. The WiFi was also excellent. The host was very friendly and taught us lots about Greenland, Inuit culture and history and the surrounding area. He also offered to take us on a boat trip to the ghost village (at a much better rate than any other provider). All in all a great place to stay!"

As we were staying in someone's home and not a hotel, the place wasnt absolutely spotless, but it was clean and homey. It might not be to everybody's taste to share a bathroom with a family though.

Everything was great, The only small suggestion would be to offer either thicker blankets or a cozy duvet for extra comfort for those who likes to sleep with the air conditioning but gets super cold easily 😅

"The way they treated me is out of my expectations. They understood my situation of flights cancellation, modification and of course my financial changes. I really loved the staff, cleaning, friendly environment, cooking facilities and much more. Suggests everyone to come and enjoy luxurious facilities at low cost. Hats off to Penthouse Hotel."

Their is nothing i can assume to be bad. Everything was above my expectations. Everyone should try it at least. No one will say that they found something bad on this hotel.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

"They upgraded us to a better room in the Dar Alma hotel with a sea view. It was gorgeous, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best places to stay in Tyre."

The flush in the bathroom didn't work, and they never came to fix it during our stay. Before arriving, they were very insistent in calling and asking for our arrival time, so I would reduce the communication with the staff if possible.

"Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zwischenübernachtung auf unserer Reise in den Norden. Der Empfang war sehr nett, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer im Bed&Breakfest sind sehr klein, aber sauber. Auch das Gemeinschaftsbad im Gang war sauber. Die Lage ist wunderschön und total ruhig direkt an der Ostsee. Das Haupthaus mit dem Restaurant ist ein altes, interessantes Gebäude. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist, wie viele andere Bewertungen schon sagen, einfach klasse. Wir wurden toll bedient und waren mehr als zufrieden. Gerne wären wir etwas länger geblieben."

"Gorgeous view from the apartment! There's a big window showing the beautiful mountains below. Beautiful interior design throughout!! The host was also very friendly 🌷 Buiilt as a compact studio apartment with a large bed, all beautifully designed. Next door there's a room that serves as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and capsule coffee machine. Lots of attractions nearby - Nimrod Fortress, Hermon Mountain site and cable car, Tel Dan, Ghajar village and Banias National Park."

Fortunately we travelled with a 4x4 wheel drive car -- a must-have to negotiate the steep roads in the village.

"Highlight sind die zahlreichen wunderschönen Vögel, die sich auf dem Gelände der Lodge und dem nahegelegenen Sumpfgebiet tummeln. Ein Traum! Die Lodge selbst besticht durch ihre Außenanlagen und die geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer und Restaurant. Das Essen ist nicht preiswert für ugandische Verhältnisse, aber sehr lecker! Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit."

Die Anreise mit Fähre und Boda Boda war etwas abenteuerlich und ziemlich staubig. Wer's bequemer haben will, reist gleich mit dem Motorboot von Entebbe an.

There’s no full kitchen available — just a small area with a microwave and an icebox. But considering the cost, it’s still a good deal.

"Jessica war super nett und zuvorkommend, Sie hat auf unsere Fragen und Wünsche schnell reagiert und alles dafür getan, dass es uns gut geht. Das Bett ist riesig und sehr bequem, nach zwei Wochen in Costa Rica mit teilweise sehr schlechten Betten war der Aufenthalt in Eden wie eine Kur für meinen Rücken, dafür bin ich sehr dankbar 👍 Die Terrasse, der Pool alles super und einladend um abends ein Wein zu genießen. Es wird auch ein Wäscheservice angeboten den wir genutzt haben, preiswert und gut, DANKE 🙏"

Es waren nicht erwähnenswerte Kleinigkeiten, fie Bungalows sind eben nicht erst gestern gebaut aber Jessica ist dran und macht alles um sie in einem guten Zustand zu halten.

Bei uns war leider in der Zeit die Klimaanlage defekt, es tropfte die ganze zeit. So das wir Schüsseln auf den Boden gestellt haben. Für den tollen Ausblick, war die Anreise etwas abenteuerlich, was uns nicht ganz so gestört hat. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung war auch nicht selbstverständlich.
