"Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wird allen wünschen gerecht. Die Lage ist völlig in Ordnung. Mit der U-Bahn (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) sind es 4 Stationen ins Zentrum (insgesamt 15min). Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und sauber, der Zimmerservice ist grandios! Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, bietet jedoch wenige gute Highlights. Allen in allem ein gutes Hotel in Sofia! Vielen Dank für alles, gerne wieder!"

"Ich möchte hier den Ruf des Hotels reabilitieren, besonders was das Frühstück betrifft. Jemand hier hat sich tierisch aufgeregt, dass das Frühstück verpackt gewesen sei und so was habe man nie gesehen. Ich dachte dann: o, je! Aber das Frühstück ist ganz ok. Ausserdem stirbt in Bulgarien keiner an Hunger- es gibt um das Hotel rum viele Möglichkeiten etwas- auch Warmes zu essen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Bedienung!"
"Es gab keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber das Küchenpersonal hat mir jeden Morgen die Möglichkeit geboten, dass ich mir die Termoskanne mit warmen Mineralwasser voll mache! Herzlichen Dank dafür!"

"There was no kettle or any tea/coffee in the room. There was a small kitchenette in the room - but not a single glass, cup, or any other utensil. If you want a cup of tea, you could get a small paper cup from the reception and get some hot water from the water dispenser. That was annoying."
