"Vor allem das Personal. Kümmert sich um alles. Sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. 15 Minuten mit Taxi ins Zentrum von Bandar Seri Begawan. Gutes Restaurant im Haus. Hervorragendes Cafe. Hüpfburg in Empfangshalle. Mein Sohn, 10, hat sie ausgiebig genutzt."

"Breakfast was pleasant, they had a set menu which was tasty. The server was kind and friendly to our children. It was somewhat limited in terms of self-serve options but there was toast, a few sweets, cereal etc."

"The hotel and rooms are very beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable. It has a bathtub, mini fridge, hair dryer and kettle. They also provide tea bags and coffee. The staff was nice and helpful."
"The wifi works very badly, even when we complained about it. The breakfast was good but I would like to have more western options. There are a lot of Brunei food options but it's more meal options and not so breakfast options. The hotel is far from the touristic things but if you want to explore all Brunei and you have a car it's a perfect location."

"The room was large and clean with very comfortable bed. Quiet area walking distance to the beach, local shops and market. The pool was clean and I had it to myself every day. Spa was a real treat and very reasonable prices All staff were friendly and professional. The free airport transport was a bonus"
