Da Sugar House

"Es war komplett ausgestattet und wir hatten viel Platz für uns. Es hat nichts gefehlt, wir konnten sogar die Waschmaschine benutzen. Steve war sehr fürsorglich und hat uns alle Tips gegeben, die für Ausflüge und Restaurants notwendig waren. Den Ausflug zu den Schweinen und Haien hat er uns super vermittelt. Der willkommen Drink auf seiner Veranda war super. Er hat jeden Tag gefragt, ob wir etwas brauchen und war auch online mit Hilfe zur Stelle. Sehr außergewöhnlich. Der Kühlschrank war mit einer Erstausstattung gefüllt er hat sogar am Flughafen auf uns gewartet. Die Lage war nahe zum Strand, nur fünf Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus liegt mitten im Grünen Dschungel."

"Es ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt teilweise einen neuen Anstrich. Die Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern ist sehr laut. Ansonsten war es genial"

"amazing owner who makes the entire stay a great experience. Steve picked us up from the airport and did some shopping for breakfast and recommended the best restaurants and beaches on the island. The kitchen in the house is super equipped."

"Steve's house is amazing. It fully reflects the description on Booking but most of all, is Steve who makes your stay unique. He not only offered unique insights on the islands, but helped us in organising all the activities locally and kindly picked us up and drove us around multiple times despite not being part of any service advertised here. His kindness, availability and efforts are really the gem which made our stay special. The house is in a wonderful position in the middle of the islands in a very safe, calm and green area. The closest grocery shop is less than 1 min drive, while the closest beach is again 1-2 min drive. The house has everything you may need: scuba diving goggles, towels, coffe machine, beach chairs etc...it really makes you feel home away from home. Steve is also honest and reliable host, so you can definitely trust him. Shall we go back to Exuma, we would definitely be back to Da Sugar House."

"Da Sugar House is located on the hills above Georgetown. It is a 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown Georgetown. The house and garden are beautiful and full of features that are useful for holiday travelers - outdoor grill, games, a deck with a whirlpool. Steve was waiting for us on arrival and showed us the property and all amenities. He even stocked our fridge with some basic food items, as our flight was arriving too late to get to the stores (even beer!). He is very active in the local community and knows a lot of the locals providing services for the tourists. He went out of his way in assisting myself and my two girls to find the perfect activities for the few days we spent here."

"Nothing that really stands out as a negative. Price of the accommodation is standard considering how expensive everything on any of the islands is, and Steve really excels in providing his guests with the added value of local knowledge. He is also super friendly and great to have a chat with about anything Bahamas."
