"Willem, the host, was delightful and so helpful. We arrived super early but this was not at all a problem. Before we even checked in he very kindly offered us some towels so that we could go and enjoy the hot springs park, which is about 1 mile up the road and a beautiful drive to there too. Our room was on the upper level, so a steep flight of stairs to take. Ask for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. But we had afternoon sun and it was more peaceful at the level as we had no one else staying in rooms near us. A real kettle as well as coffee machine, plus actual wine glasses and China mugs, rather than plastic or paper. Very much appreciated."

"William, the owner of the motel, is an outstanding gentleman. He was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked for assistance. He even provided a wealth of information and thoughtfully prepared a booklet with menus from nearby restaurants, making it easy to decide where to eat. I will definitely return next time. Highly recommended to everyone considering a stay at Brook."

"The one room we stayed in, I believe, their smallest room was a little cramped but cozy."

"The only thing I would say is that the toilet seat in our room was rather wobbly, it felt like we were going to slip in. I also found the bed a little hard, but that’s just me I would rather pillow tops."
