"for the price paid, the furnished apartment was excellent. It had a washing machine, fridge, microwave and tabletop induction heater. It had a few utensils and a cookpot."

"This is my second time at the Ottoman and it was the whole package that gravitated me back to the hotel, and yet again they never let me down. Reception. Easy and friendly check in. My first check in was at 3am and reception was very accommodating and sped through the check in so I could rest 👍 this time was 11am and again very easy check in. Room. Clean and tidy and cleaned daily and equipped as advertised. Facilities. Gym is more than adequate for you stay Laundry Room was spacious and well equipped. Staff. Well I can’t say enough about the staff from the minute you walk in you are warmly welcome and reception is available 25hours. House keeping team are amazing special thanks to Arthur, Al, Aashish and Suman who all made my stay enjoyable. Value for money. Absolutely I will be back in Dammam soon and I am positive I will return to the Ottoman 👍 Thank you for a great stay and see you soon 👍"

"I liked the cleanliness of the room. The neighbourhood was quite calm. There is no bad smelling. The location is 5 minutes walk time to the Al Rasheed Mall"

"There was no towel provided in the bathroom upon my arrival. When I requested one, I was disappointed to receive a towel that was gray rather than white and had visible black marks from prior dirt accumulation. Regardless of whether it had been washed, its condition did not reflect respect to guests. Towels in this state should not be provided at all."
