"Wir verbrachten zehn Tage im Resort und hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand – eingebettet zwischen Palmen und gepflegtem Rasen. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig und idyllisch, ideal zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer sind ordentlich, sauber und gut geführt. Auch im Restaurant haben wir sehr gut gegessen – die Qualität der Speisen hat uns überzeugt. Etwas enttäuschend war jedoch das Frühstück. Es war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts jeden Tag identisch, ohne Abwechslung und sehr minimal gehalten. Zudem wurden selbst kleinste zusätzliche Wünsche separat in Rechnung gestellt, was wir als eher kleinlich empfanden. Auch die weiteren Angebote über die Standardbuchung hinaus waren eher spärlich. Trotz dieser Punkte konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt geniessen. Wer eine wunderschöne Strandlage und Ruhe sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben – beim Service und Frühstück besteht jedoch noch Verbesserungspotenzial."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the outings to the markets helped us out whilst we didn't have a rental car. The kitchenette was great, and the set-up was really roomy."

"Sunset resort is on the westetn side so has beautiful sunsets. It is a quick drive to town and there is a bus stop right outside the resort. Tjhe grounds are amazing and the resort staff are likewise. The pride they take in the resort and their jobs is evident. Our two bedroom upstairs room (30) was perfect gor our family. Overlooking the pool, there was ample room and it was well equipped. A double balcony was also a bonus."

"Great location. Lovely facilities. Would have been good to have some non motorised water sports and a few more transport options like pick up and drop off to activities and other resorts. Fantastic food, would stay again!"

"The couches weren't the comfiest for long periods of time, especially when stuck inside on rainy days. The beds were also a little hard."

"This is my second time staying at Sunset Resort. We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Resort. The beachfront location is stunning, with gorgeous sunsets and a peaceful atmosphere. Having two bars on-site made it easy to relax, especially during happy hour. Our room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring Rarotonga. The staff was friendly and helpful and they always greeted us with a beautiful smile. They keep the property beautiful every day. Just a beautiful paradise."
