"Everything was excellent, good stuff. Clean and comfortable room. The room had air conditioning and a balcony with a nice view. If you want to relax in a quiet place with good nature, with good housewives, I recommend this house. I think next year I will definitely come again."

"What an amazing place to stay. the house is beautiful and well decorated. The pool is amazing and made our holiday. The beds were very comfortable. The showers and bath were also very good. Plenty of cooking utensils and glasses and plates etc."

The meter for the air conditioning was a bit annoying but once I'd got enough coins ok.

"The view from restaurant is awsome, not many places in the world like this. Maria took care of us with love. Breakfast excellent, local fruits, tea and coffee, omelette. Excellent grilled tuna or other fish for lunch or dinner. Cottage was clean, with a view on ocean. We were almost alone there. It is possible to pay by eur or dobra. Maria also arranged tacxi for the airport."

"C’était super ! L’endroit est magnifique. Les bungalows sont propres, les draps et la salle de bain aussi. C’est agréable de se sentir confortable pendant une longue boucle en scooter. Ils ont un restaurant avec du choix à la carte, ce qui est un point fort puisqu’on est dans un tout petit village où il n’y a pas grand chose Attention, le village de Kong Lor est très éloigné de Na Hin. Notre auberge nous avait dit qu’on ne mettrait que 40 minutes à rejoindre l’auberge. On a mis 1h30, ne vous faites pas surprendre par la nuit qui tombe. C’est dangereux entre les nids-de-poule et les vaches en plein milieu de la route"

"Günstiges Appartement mit allem, was man braucht. Outdoorküche mit 2 Elektro-Herdplatten, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage. 2 Große Handtücher und Bügeleisen. Sehr ruhige Lage abseits vom Straßenlärm. Ausreichende Parkplätze. Tolle bequeme Federkernmatratze."

Es sind immer die Kleinigkeiten die stören: So gab es einen Fernseher und zwei gute Sessel, aber keinen Tisch oder Kommode, um etwas abzustellen. Kein Schneidebrett für Obst oder Gemüse und kein Geschirrtuch. Die Eingangstür klemmt und ließ sich schlecht öffnen und schließen. Das könnte alles leicht behoben werden und hätte von mir eine viel bessere Bewertung gegeben. Die Zufahrt von der Landstraße bezeichne ich als "Offroad" und ist eher gewöhnungsbedürftig und nur im Schritttempo zu befahren.

"This is not a standard hotel or gite or whatever, this is a special place. Expect no luxury here, this is not what Karims guesthouse is about. It is about being in a small village and in nature. Basically, this is as close to a home stay as you can book on Booking. You can choose a room or the stilted house (recommended) in a garden full of interesting plants. Your water comes from a well or the river, your coffee directly from the bushes around you, and the food from...actually I don't know where, but it is amazing. One of the Kpime waterfalls is just a short, but nice walk away, and you can roam the village or take a long walk to Yikpa waterfall (~4 h one way). And when you come back, you lay in a hammock with a fresh and local cocoa or sit in the garden. And the best, you don't need to be in Kpalime, with all the chaos, noise, and smells. Although it is something different, I really enjoyed my stay. Karim is a fantastic host and La montagne verde exactly my type of stay."

Just be aware what you are booking, and there is nothing negative about it.

"All new and well planned. Top quality shower unit and ceiling fan. Spotlessly clean. Good air-conditioning. Everything has been thought of by the host: iron and board; kettle, cups, bowls, plates, coffee, sugar, creamer; towel rack and prayer mat; hangers in the wardrobe. The shower is marvellous: various shower heads and taps; good shower gel, shampoo and toothpaste provided, shelves for bottles and a rack for hanging towels etc. The basin and mirror are good for shaving."

There was a smell from the drain, but this can be reduced leaving the bathroom fan on. The call to prayer is very close by. The window coverings are pretty, but it would be nice to look out of the front window. The blinds should be enough.

"Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen sauber und nett gestaltet. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage. Die Gastgeberfamilie hat uns nett begrüßt. Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Magnolia verbracht, das Zimmer wäre aber auch sehr gut geeignet für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Gemeinschafts-Küche schien sehr gut ausgestattet, und die kleine Terrasse vor dem Zimmer ist ideal an lauen Sommerabenden."

Die Mitarbeiter waren einigermaßen freundlich, aber ansonsten vollkommen desinteressiert. Die Hütte selber ist abends sehr dunkel, da nur eine Glühbirne vorhanden ist. Das Essen war sehr günstig und lecker.

"Parakklesia hat eine tolle Lage für alle Aktivitäten. Sowohl Ausflüge als auch verschiedene Strände sind sind top zu erreichen. Mit eine Mietwagen selbstverständlich. Die Ortschaft hat reichlich kleine Supermärkte und Restaurants die fußläufig zu erreichen sind. Die Vermieter Aristos und Maria sind unübertrefflich nett. Sie sind unheimlich hilfsbereit und finden für alles eine Lösung Immer erreichbar. Es gab Wein, Milch, Obst und ein Tabletten mot Kaffee, Tee und allem was dazu gehört. Das reichte uns für 9 Tage!"

You need a car to get to the property from the boat ferry in Fare. It takes an hour and 20 mins to walk.

"O familie frumoasă și ospitalieră administrează casa această confortabilă și plină de căldură. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult vacanța în Galautas! În special Spatioase dormitoare cu paturi largi și lenjerie de un alb imaculat, o sală de mese bine amenajată și un balcon care oferă priveliște splendidă. Sincer recomand!"

"Wundervolle Lage, tolles Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und hilfbereite Gastgeber. Die Lage ist zentral, und dennoch außerhalb des Trubels. Alles was man braucht ist direkt um die Ecke und fußläufig erreichbar."

Es hat uns alles gefallen. Schön wären ein paar mehr Haken in Bad und Dusche für die Handtücher und eine kleine Ablage am Waschbecken.

"Die Gastgeber haben uns mit selbstgebackenem Brot, frischen Eiern, Butter und Konfitüre versorgt. Das Haus selbst hat aufgrund seines ursprünglichen Zwecks nach dem Umbau seinen ganz besonderen Charme. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und alles war sehr geräumig und sauber. Aufgrund der Lage außerhalb des Ortes war es angenehm ruhig."

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
